Applebee's

This is my favorite restaurant. We walk in and everybody knows us and we never have to wait. The waitress who's name is Taylor is the friendliest and nicest I have came across. When she comes to our table she already knows our order. They have the best steaks ever. I don't know who the cook is but they definitely can cook a steak. She definitely deserves a raise for sure.

My husband and I came in with our four kids! It was a pretty busy night for A Tuesday! But our server, Brittnie was so so attentive, Fast and so nice to my kids! She had a few “rude” people and still treated them as if they were important! She mentioned it was her last day as a server and moving to the back! I just want to wish her THE BEST OF LUCK! Sweetie, if you get a chance to read this, THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE TONIGHT! ♥️

We took our kids to dinner at Applebees tonight and it was great! The service was great, food was amazing, and it wasn’t a ton of money! We always get the chicken with mushrooms and onions and it never disappoints. I wish I could make it at home; it’s literally that good! Only thing we didn’t like was the extra hot Buffalo boneless wings. Our daughter (14) got them as her meal and they were good but the extra hot spices were all clumped together so some were so hot you couldn’t eat them and some had no flavor! Otherwise everything was awesome! The prime rib dip sandwich was really good too! We were happy with everything and will definitely be back! We love this Applebees- we haven’t had a bad experience ever!

Service was bad. Had to wait 10 minutes before bartender came to take order. Then was asked if I wanted fried or grilled chicken and responded fried but when food came out it was grilled. Why ask if your not going to get it right. Waited to eat it in the hopes she would come back but she was too busy talking to employees sitting on the othe side of the bar. We were finished by the time she came back to check on us. The service here has been really going down hill. Will not be back to this location.

Unfortunately I just had to change my 5 star rating a year ago to a 1 star after getting the most horrible customer service of my entire adult life at 41 by Rocko the manager! Ordered food through door dash! On the app I ordered, lemonade no ice, it has ice, bourbon street chicken and shrimp with no mushrooms no onions. It had both. The fiesta lime chicken wasn't prepared how they always prepare it. It looks like my food was thrown into trays with no regard to food prep! My food trays were all smashed, there was grease all over the food trays, grease was dripping out of the bags and all over my floor! Then I called to work it out and the after 10 minutes on hold, the manager said I was yelling at him and hung up on me! I travel for a living and eat Applebee's 5 days a week on the road! For years! I've left reviews all over the country, all 5 stars! This place had a 5 star until tonight! Rocko either was having the worst day of his career, or has no business managing! Don't these photos look worthy of a $59 meal??? All of my food containers were smashed, just ridiculous!
