Review Jaggers - Greenwood

We love Jaggers. We have only had the Greenwood location so far. The staff is always very friendly. The food is so good. I've only had one time where the burger was dry. Every single other time we have went they have been delicious. The milkshakes are amazing! The french fries have some kind of yummy seasoning on them and they are always crispy. They have some of the best fries.

First time went here it was good and i was glad they have edamame on the side

My son loves the spicy chicken strips. Beware as they are generous with their seasoning so they are hotter than most places. My wife and I are big fans of their black bean burger. The burger is topped with a generous amount of avacado.

Curbside pick up was great. Ordered my food it was hot and fresh service was great. Ordered bacon cheeseburger fries and house salad. Salad was nice portion and fresh. Burger was seasoned a bit much for taste. Will ask for no seasoning next time. Will return.

Wow!! Fast service and great food! 1st time here for lunch and they definitely deserve 5 stars. I'd compare the vibe as a mix of Steak and shake & Chik Fila , but with their own twist.. its a great place!!

Absolutely incredible hospitality! Driving through Indiana we unintentionally ordered food at 1 location and went to pick it up at another,. Their team went above and beyond to correct our mistake. Cancelled/refunded the online order and made food for us at the location we were at. Hands down one of the kindest and most understanding individuals I have met at any restaurant. Needless to say, I will be back!

Hands down THE best place I've ever gone to for chicken tenders!! Seriously though, not even trying to be melodramatic, but WOW! I've lived in Greenwood for a year now and am kinda upset I've never stopped here for food. My boyfriend and I drove through the drive-thru looking for something quick to eat and decided on chicken tenders and fries. The service was FAST. The fries were FRESH. The chicken tenders were HOT. And the girl working the window (Kali) remembered ALL of our sauces!Definitely exceeded my expectations! !

Food was excellent!! Workers were really friendly! They also were doing a good job sanitizing !!!

We love this Jaggers & eat here regularly now. The customer service is outstanding. They hold the doors open for you, greet you, the cashiers are courteous, they bring your food out, and we often get checked on or dishes cleared while we’re seated. The restaurant is clean. There are large TVs around the ceiling- mostly various sports channels and one usually on Disney. The food quality is great. We love the variety of side dish options - fries, tots, edamame, side salad, fruit cup, Mac n cheese. They are generous with their portion sizes. The kids meals are big enough for an adult, in my opinion, & include nice cookies. We will continue to eat here with our family of 5! It’s one of the few places where everyone is happy and the kids eat all their food.

Love this place! We have been meaning to try it for a while now and a coupon in the mail was the perfect excuse! Great prices, fantastic food, and super fast, friendly service! Even with a special order (for a picky eater) our food was out seconds after sitting down. The fries are probably my favorite of any place. Love the seasonal decorations too!!

This is the absolute best place in the entire world! I have never been so impressed with how well the service is, how nice the people are, and how fantastic the food is. Literally got my drink sat down and my food was at my table. I wanted to go up and shake the hands of every single employee working tonight for how well of an experience they made it. First time visitor and wont be my last time there that is for sure. Just blows my mind how much these employees are willing to bend over backwards to serve there customers. Very very satisfied! Keep up the great work!

I have eaten there about three times now and every single time the food has been excellent, the service is great and I do not have any complaints at all.

Bacon avocado burger and fries are da bomb. Big portions and well made. They even gave my dog a dog biscuit when they saw her in the drive thru.

Very nice staff who are welcoming. I like the option for tater tots as a side! The mushroom soup burger was tasty and fresh. A tad-bit over priced at $10 for a basic meal.

The staff was great, opening the door for us. Cashiers were friendly and welcomed us right away. I got tenders which were delicious and mac n cheese which was in need of more cheese, didn't care for it. My boyfriend got the mushroom burger which he enjoyed very much. Cost was fair and we will return. We were thanked before we left and asked to return. Customer service was the best.

Stoped in for the first time today. This was the best service I have ever had at any restaurant. I loved the food and strawberry lemonade. 5 star restaurant at 1 star price.

This was my boyfriend and my first time here. Got the crispy chicken and spicy chicken sandwich with fries and macaroni and cheese & banana split milkshake. It was all really good! Will definitely come again!
