Kfc

As soon as I went through the drive-thru I could tell the person taking the order was acting strange and rude. Condescending in a weird way. All I ordered was a meal for myself. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal that was supposed to come with mashed potatoes coleslaw and a biscuit. I also ordered a root beer. They managed to get everything wrong. Of course there was gravy on my mashed potatoes, there was no biscuit, which is half of the reason why you go to KFC right? And the root beer tasted super old and gross. So Not only was the service bad but they managed to get an easy order completely wrong. When I called the number on maps the number gives you a sound like a fax machine , I called several times with the same result, not a working number. I had to call a nearby KFC to get the real number but they had the same number as well. The lady at the other KFC went out of her way to send me a replacement meal in the mail and told me to come to their location from now on. This is the location on I-25 and Colorado Boulevard. Not at all the experience I had in Greenwood Village. To the girl who got my order wrong and laughed, now I know why you're laughing, because nothing customers order matter to u and you were going to give ppl the same thing anyway. You can't put a box of food together when you do this for daily living? What a joke. It makes sense why the phone number doesn't work, so no one can call to complain all day about the crappy service. Get the number fixed and be legit! And quit hiring less than capable people of putting together a chicken box.

Went here for the first time today. When I ordered I was told there was a 30 minute wait for chicken, confused but understanding due to the time of day ordered something else. When I went to the window to pay there was a large amount of chicken being placed into buckets and then into bags for delivery. I understand that online/delivery is important and a large part of their business now but it was disappointing to see that the product I wanted wasn't being given to the customers actually at the location waiting for food. The staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else but there and practically threw the bag of cold food at me. Never going to this location again or going to a KFC for a long time.

Terrible. I ordered an 8-piece bucket, two of the pieces were fairly fresh. The other 6 pieces looked and tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for hours. Dried out, crust so hard it was like plaster. And none of it tasted like KFC, just flour and pepper. I don't know what happened to the rest of the 11 herbs and spices but they weren't in the chicken. Never again.

This location is okay. It is a shared building with A&W. The service has always been relatively slow in comparison with other fast food joints in the area. Getting a good bucket of chicken from KFC is as much to do with how it was made and who made it as it is timing. I have yet to time getting meals here correctly. I have never once receiver freshly fried chicken. I just have happened to always get it when it has been sitting under heat lamps or in a heating oven for 30+minutes. I'm sure the food would be much better if it was fresher. Staff is friendly and helpful. The decor and cleanliness of the store certainly leaves much to be desired. It just feels unclean and uncomfortable.

The food is what it always has been. This location on Arapahoe is not as clean as an eating place ought to be. The smell of old burnt oil is a bummer within the place. The corporate has not updated the prices on the website. In reality the prices and menu is a little different. The staff though is super nice and doing their best. Corporate needs to help them be successful!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went through the drive through to order a 12 piece meal, and they told me I needed to come inside to order because it would take some time. I waited inside and tried to order it again and the lady told me they didn’t have enough chicken and it would take 30 min to make more. I wouldn’t have written this review if they were at least apologetic and considerate. Both workers I talked to were rude and dismissive. The first and last time I’ll ever go to this location.
