This is a great little bagel shop. Rhode Island has so many different bagel places and you know what? They're mostly all pretty good! They're just different. This is one of my favorites. Great bagels, not too big not too small, good flavors. Good prices. Nice folks.

Amazing variety of low carb bagels. Just like the real thing. They've become my best friend for sandwiches over the past six months during my weight loss journey. They're all delicious but you have to try the spinach & garlic one. Heavenly.

Quickest bacon, egg & cheese sandwich I've ever ordered in my life - and that was with a line almost out the door. Friendly staff, quick & efficient order/pay/pickup system, and delicious hot sandwich with soft bagels. Look forward to returning !

Fast, friendly service and the price is great. Someone else commented about that through the slicing and toasting process you sometimes get the taste of other bagels on yours, and that is true. But not enough to dock a star. Definitely recommend.

Love this bagel shop, I really miss going there every Saturday for my low carb everything bagel.

One of my favorite places to get breakfast. Tons of options and they have a wonderful cream cheese selection made fresh. Haven't had something here I didn't like!
