This is a great place for breakfast, which is served all day. Their French toast is really good. The sausage patties are formed by hand. The eggs are cooked precisely.. and they have Ski in the soda fountain.
Atmosphere is that of a family diner. Could probably use some TLC but that's part of the charm. Staff is very friendly and attentive.portion size is great relative to the money spent.
Good place to take the family due to the amount of.options in the menu.

Very nice family restaurant. They have a cooler full of fresh baked pies of every variety! Lots of specials listed on the boards everyday.

Awesome little family restaurant, just what I was looking for...locally owned, quaint, GREAT food, and a friendly staff. Pro Tip. Try the vegetable soup and the fried walleye for a wonderful meal.
Thanks!

Would never recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a country fried steak and it was burnt around the edges and so dry and chewy, I could hardly swallow it. The cottage cheese tasted spoiled. The restaurant was so dirty you could see the dust bunnies on the walls and trash under our table. Just gross. It was not clean at all. Plus it took forever to get our food. Not to mention a glass of soda was $3.50. I could buy a 2 liter for that. I think Mr. Ramsey should visit this place.

Bacon cheeseburger was great. Fries were crispy. Blackberry pie was heavenly. I will be back.

Proly get more business if you allowed truck parking. Its a dirt lot, a load of occasional gravel to lvl things out is fairly inexpensive, and tax deductible, to keep things leveled

Excellent home cooking, large portions, and friendly service. The pies, however, were very disappointing.
