Arby's - Greenville - Photo album

With two young kids we don't do much fast food but on a road trip we stopped at this Arby's on St. Patty's Day. Manager was all smiles and very positive vibes throughout. Even gave our youngest kid a free kids meal toy. Whole staff seemed to be in good spirits and the food was great!
The employees were very attentive, and friendly. The lobby was a bit run down and looked dirty. The drink dispenser really needs to be cleaned every night. It looked short handed , so everyone was doing their best.
The person working the cash register, LaBrina appeared to be texting on her phone while waiting for the customer to place their order. It was good that I was standing near the counter when my order was completed as she did not put my name on the order. Should have something that auto generates a num
Well, apparently their computer crashed about the time we got to the menu board to order. So after sitting for about 10 minutes waiting our turn to order, we ended up having to find another place to eat. Stuff happens I guess.
Greeter was real friendly at drive-thru. The food that I ordered wasn't prepared as well as it should have. Curly fries were hard to chew. Not fresh at all. Gyro wrap was ok. Kinda surprised at the food quality.
The line was long but was to be expected as it is in a tourist like area off the expressway. The food was hot and delicious. The line inside moved fairly quickly
Ordered the French dip and Swiss meal, my French dip was ice cold with the seasoning not even stirred. Not worth how much I spent when you can’t even use the dip.
Umm! It’s Arbys and it does have the meats! For fast food this is probably one of the best there is for a quick meal. A little pricey but well worth it. I never have been let down by Arbys!! I ring the bells on this place!
