Took over an hr to get it . Each time I went thru they said they were just starting it. Ordered online at 5:25 , finally got it around 6:20. Carry out and not cooked they!! Will never go to Greenville again.

Can tell they're understaffed and they still put out an outstanding product and in efficient time.
Phone was ringing any moment they weren't on it, could see online orders racking in, and they're still smiling as they're running around.
Seeing this, I expected my pizzas to be rough; around a C+ quality, but I WAS WRONG. These were picture perfect, amazing proportions, and just happiness all around.
Give them workers a raise, they are absolutely crushing it.

I come to the Greenville dominos often!! My food has never been wrong, it's always hot, the order is always ready when it says! Everyone there is always quick and friendly!! And in my opinion they have the best pan pizza around!! Thank you for good customer service and always good, hot food!!!!

I ordered a Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza. I'm not sure but I think they forgot to add 5 of the 6 cheeses. I wasn't sure if there was even a pizza in the box when it was handed to me. I salvaged it by adding my own cheese on it. When I questioned the manager about it he was rude & hung up on me. I thought I would give them another chance because our prior experience was not very good either.

Makes no sense to me that when you have it delivered that the menu prices are higher then if you pick it up.Takes away from tipping the delivery driver because you pay a delivery charge plus higher for your food and then they expect you to tip driver. Maybe the extra they charge for the food should go to delivery driver for tip.

The manager "Ethan" has absolutely no customer service skills, whatsoever. He talks like some milineal punk.that needs the spark knocked out his mouth. He was very rude and disrespectful.

Order was not done when I went to pick up. They said there was a problem and they had to remake a pizza. Normally wouldn’t be an issue except for everything was burnt. Ordered cinnamon twists and get home to find bread twists covered in bbq sauce. When I called into the store I had to wait 10min to speak to a manager.

We went to the Greenville Dominos pizza restaurant today. We brought my mother and father who haven't visited there in about six months. The manager came around the counter and gave my mom a big hug. It made my parents feel so very special. Thanks to all the managers out there that remember their clients. It means the world to folks.
