McDonald's is.. well it's just McDonald's. I mean you can't give them 5 stars unless your obsessed with Mcflurries. It works though if I need cheap and fast. No real complaints with this one. Employees are cool

Slowest staff of all the Scott family McDonald’s franchise 56 minute wait for wrong food! And no refund and then I was told they were too busy and the manager I believe his name is Warnen told me I should’ve ordered less food.

Bought 4 value meals. No special items, just regular menu items. Waited in drive thru for about 25 minutes then no sauce for nuggets and pretty much no fries in the boxes. Wondered if it was a joke with the fries. Thought maybe they spilled through bag, but no. Combined the 4 to give one set of fries to my son. Seriously considering putting this on Facebook. Afterall dinner was a bust.

Went at 9:30am and dang they were busy! The line did move decently quick but we had to wait 12 minutes after we paid for part of the order to be made 😬 that was a little longer than should have been.

Got right thru the drive thru bit only thing they have me the Wrong Sandwiches. Hmmm but was still good. Think I got upgraded on the meal. Lol. I like to share this coffee cup I got back in 1978 they need to bring them back.

Well I just found out last night that they tore the play ground down and dining room to make room for bigger dining room. No more playground. This is terrible I know a lot of people was hoping for an inside play area like Burger King but we was wrong what a shame that is. Girls are very upset about it. So now we will have to figure a new plan for play time.

Ok so I know restaurants make mistakes. Trust me on that. But since when is it the customers fault when they mess up? Went to McDonald’s today and ordered a McDouble simple enough. I get home to find a plain cheeseburger. So like anyone I take it back and explain the mistake. I show them my receipt and the sandwich. The cashier tells the manager about the mistake and very loudly asks for sandwich to be remade and tells cashier that he needs to make sure to get the sandwich that was supposedly made wrong. I’m holding the sandwich where you can obviously see it only has one patty and cheese on it. McDonald’s you need to learn how to treat your customers

I ha e tried getting g a simple strawberry banana smoothie 2 nights now and machines have been down for one reason or another. McDonald's advertises mccafe all the time. I don't really know why, because you can't ever get it.

I got 4 McChickens, 2 McDoubles, 2 Big Macs and a free medium fries. The big Macs were on sale 2 for 5. My order came to 12.18, should have been 11. The manager on duty was not getting that the girl rang up the wrong the promo, she promo a Big Mac instead of the fries, which at the end of it all cost me more money than it should have. After explaining it to her that no I didn't have a coupon for a big Mac and her not getting it I just shook my head and said whatever, I didn't want to hold up drive thru any longer.

My grand daughter spotted the outdoor playground right away. She absolutely wore herself out playing on it! Too tired to even get ice cream after! So thank you for having this awesome and safe play area for children.

Your drive through is terrible!!! You need to get it together with the breakfast all day menu. It made a sub par store even slower. What happened to 90 second TTL?!?!

Just ordered 20 piece mcnugget and oreo frappe, figured we would have to wait for the nuggets, nope gave us the Nuggets and had to wait over 10 minutes for the frappe, nothing like cold nuggets.

If I could put a zero I would. We have the woman our order, after it was repeated back to us and was wrong we corrected her to what we said. Then after waiting forever in the drive thru we get to the window and check our food only for it to be completely screwed up and the manager I'm assuming tried telling us we kept changing our order when we didn't! Plus there were hairs on everything! When my fiancé informed the rude manager that he was calling corporate she said "Go ahead. I don't give a fuck"
