Pizza Hut

Ordered 40 dollars in food at 930 p.m. Here We are15 hrs. later waiting on our order. Come to find out the outsource delivery to dumb dash and our order had gone through a corporate hotline and Puzza but was closed. We called dumb dash who was trying to get our order replaced and our money back from a store that was closed.

I placed an order online through pizza hut just before 7:00PM. The order showed up almost 3 hours after I ordered it! How does an establishment expect for people to eat when they don't deliver the product they paid for at a decent time! This is bed time! It is not time to eat dinner! I don't care if you're short staffed in doesn't take three hours to make my order! Again, I recieved my order nearly 3 hours late. Plus no one answers the phone! Pizza Hut you fail, with flying colors! I'm very disappointed and feel used and unappreciated! I will take my money elsewhere!

When I placed my order online At 5:11 p.m., My delivery time was 5:55 p.m. At 6:25 p.m. when I had not received my pizza, I called the store to find out why. The employee at the store said there was no record of my order even though I had been charged, only for my pizza to be delivered 2 minutes later while I was still on the phone with her. At this point my pizza was already 35 minutes late and less than room temperature. This was also supposed to be a contactless delivery, but the driver stayed on the porch until we came out. If this was your experience what would your likeliness be that you would recommend this location?
