I just get tired of always pulling up waiting and with no one in the second lane but my order doesnt get taken someone pulls up in the second lane and they order and now my order thats happened twice and thats twice too many to me.
Terrible service at the counter on walking up. 2 cashiers both played the "long stare* game but still no greeting. Atore appeared to be overstaffed no manager directing traffic. Loud crew playing not attentive to cuatomers. A customer lady was at the front counter crew members were using profanity
Experienced the worst service ever today. I attempted to order through the drive thru. I am ordering the bundle meal that now included the spicy chicken nuggets for a limited time how ever I was told they didn't come in the bundle. I proceeded to go inside to get some clarity about the sign, as
I have this rule about ordering from McDonald. The better service is between the hours of 8:00 am to 4 :00 pm, Monday - Sunday.
HWY 82 Greenville, MS. Ordered a large fry from the app and waited 25 minutes and had to go inside and wait in line 10 more minutes just to get my fries.
The food was fresh and they had my food fixed at a timely manner.
Some visits are truly great and I'll only speak in those because there's no such thing as the perfect experience with any fast food restaurant. I will say for the most part the food is 9 out of 10 times fresh. Very seldom will the ingredients, etc., used are not fresh or cold.
I waited 35 minutes for a 4for4 I pull off with my food to realize I didn’t get my nuggets and I call to tell them they say “ you should’ve checked ur bag fatty” worst service
