I placed my order on the mobile app. I took off the tomatoes, onions, pickles and mayo! They had everything that I didn’t want on my daughter’s burger but the onions and she didn’t eat it. They also take 30 mins to bring out your order.

Food was good, but I ordered ahead at 6:55 PM. When I got there 10 minutes later, I was told my food was on the way. I got my order at 7:30 after asking where it was 3 times.

I just wasted my money on a chicken tender meal. The quality of the food here has dropped significantly!! The chicken tenders were burnt and they aren’t the same as in the past. They reminded me of chicken tenders that are served at an elementary school. The Texas toast was bad! It was a thin piece of bread that looked like it was burnt in a skillet. Even my sweet tea was bad. It was sooo watered down. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m done eating here.

Horrible customer service! Waited 30 minutes for 2 small shakes. Left after I reminded them that I placed the order and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. 40 minutes total is way to long to not have gotten the shake.

Good lord just go somewhere else to eat. If you must have sonic just go to the one on highway 82.
After 3 separate attempts to eat here the past month I’ve encountered:
1. Hair in my food
2. Inability to even get the orders correct....each time
3. Cutting me off mid order and giving me the total before I could finish.
4. Terrible food quality
5. Asked for hot sauce after I got my food. Gave me mustard.
6. Just rude customer service

Something has changed at this restaurant!!!! The food is half cooked, (literally, my grilled chicken sandwiche's chicken was white, uncooked just warmed up) onion rings (4 in bag) and tator tots tasted like old grease ...(don't get me started on the employees)..started going to the Sonic on hwy 82, and received way better food and service. The owner needs to wake up wake up!!!!

Why does it say open until 10pm and I have come here 2 nights in a row and both nights it was before 10pm first night was 9:30 and tonight was 9:45 and noone answers when you push the red button???? If you close before 10pm correct your time on your site please and if you stop serving before closing time you may want to let people know that also! Thank you

Food arrived in about ten minutes and they were fairly busy food was hot and good only reason wasn't a 5 was the sweet tea was not very sweet only had enough sugar to know it's supposed to be sweet

I ordered a number 5....steak sandwich, and it was hard as a hockey puck...needless to say I thought it on the ground, and it bounced! Last time I'll ever goto that sonic!!!!!

I just left Sonic at Reed Rd. I ordered 6 milkshakes, a 12 piece buffalo wing, and double cheese burger. I got 4 shakes. They brought the other 2 after I told them. All the shakes were the consistency of milk. I told the carhop about the problem. She said it was because the ice cream was soft. I believe they made the shakes and left them sitting until they were ready to deliver my entire order which took about 25 minutes. The heat from the kitchen would have made them melt and become thin. I’ve had many shakes from Sonic; none have ever been this thin. I came home and put mine in the freezer.

UPDATE: Thank you, West Wheeler, for hearing me out. The M&M blast with chocolate flavor funnel that was made today was GREAT! Just what I was looking for. The food was good, too. And friendly waitresses. AND the blended coke floats earned me bonus points with my bosses! They were so glad to learn that you still make them. Much better experience.
Very disappointed �. I ordered an M&M blast with the chocolate flavor funnel. It took over 10mins, which I expected from this location. The top of the blast was covered with whipped cream and a cherry and gram cracker dust. It looked fantastic but I couldn't see the chocolate flavor funnel that I was charged. I asked the lady if there was really a chocolate funnel under the whipped cream and she assured me it was there. When I got home I discovered there was NO CHOCOLATE FUNNEL! �. Sonic on Reed Rd this is strike two.
