SOPHISTICATED VISION
After hearing from a few locals that Rivals has some of the best steak around, we decided to check it out. It was a late summer afternoon and we were only 17 minutes away, so why not.. The inside was kinda lively even with a small crowd of what appeared to be the mostly locals. We sat at the bar ordered a few cold Corona’s and a T bone steak, Medium, baked potato and a house salad. The bartender was also a server and apparently the cashier as well, but she seem to be handling the task. The steak was cooked to temperature and seasoned ok, nothing to be celebrated but ultimately no complaints.

Went with family for a girls night. We had to her two separate tables cause they wouldn’t give us one big table. They where under staff with a full house of customers. We made it to the restaurant around 8:30. It took for ever to get our food the the table I was sitting at and our other table never received there food. But I will say the waiter that we had at my table tried his best to accommodate us. I female waitress had to come and try to accommodate our other table cause the male waiter acted like he did want to be bothered. When we asked for the manager he wouldn’t come from the back. And the few of as that was able to get food it wasn’t good. They need better management and better staff scheduling for busy nights. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

They so unprofessional guy was taking my order Woo, stop taking my order to talk to one of his friends, then instead of finishing my order he passed it to another girl, I also witnessed Sandra being rude to a man that asked her name, she told him then started yelling what he want my name for, saying these folks crazy think they can talk to you any kind of way, but the customer wasn't rude,she was and for them to stand in the front with a lobby full of people talking about another customer is rude to the next level, These people don't take their jobs serious, customer service is the worst. I watch them going to get their friends orders before the people that placed orders before them. Even the sheriff deputy noticed and she said she wasn't returning. When I finally got my order they didn't put the fries in the order when I took it back they laughed and said if I was you I was just get my money back.......ugggh

The Crawfish was delicious and our server was on top of things and he was extremely helpful, upbeat and very nice!!!! It was happy hour and the beer was 1.50 so that always is a plus!!!! Well deserved 5 stars!!!

Atmosphere, Staff, Food and Drinks all get a 9 terrific place to wine and dine or nibble and sip 😀
