Everytime i come to this location its always something. They are afraid to give you napkins and your straw for your drink. The food is fine but they never get order right when going through tbe drive through. This location needs to be updated.
This McDonald's is TERRIBLE. They got my order wrong twice and the chick who brought it out to me the second time had a nasty attitude as if it was my fault! Asked for refund and left. Requested to see manager but they never came out the back. Do NOT stop at this one.
I ordered a daily double without mayo and tomato, apparently they don't know what it is and they can't hear to well, because they gave me a double cheeseburger with lettuce and mayo. This establishment is constantly disappointing. If it’s not sitting at the menu waiting to order for 20 mins, it’s waiting for them to finish bringing you your order for 20 mins. All while the day shift manager is playing around with another employee in the lobby.
Ordered the Southwest grilled salad. The order was filled correctly. The grilled chicken was on a bed of lettuce that they use on the Big Macs!! Totally transformed and destroyed an otherwise great Salad!!
Cold hot cakes, had to go in to get my drive thru order. They forgot me after 17 minutes of me waiting. Never again! !!
They told me to pull over i sat there for almost 20 minutes i had to go in to get my order then they offered apple pie in a nasty way then i was waiting on my quarter pounder it still was not fresh. THUMBS DOWN
Cars were wrapped around the building in the drive thru, went inside to place the order and the employees were moving extremely slow, like watching a movie in slow motion. It was as fascinating to watch as it was aggravating.
