Great location, excellent example of what a Sonic should be. However, management clearly needs to schedule more employees on the weekends. It's almost every late evening weekend this location gets ground to a halt. If you can't find people that want to work those shifts (completely understandable) maybe trying offering more money? Just a thought.

The car hop Kristen at this location needs to be recognized for her customer service skills. She could've brought me a half done egg and I would've enjoyed it with gratitude. Unbelievable personality, great spirit and deserves management pay today.

Worst sonic experience ever. Husbands burger was completely wrong. They brought him a new one but it was covered in bbq, soaked with grease and had extremely burnt bacon. Our cheese sticks were ice cold and honestly my burger didn’t taste to good either. Only good thing out of our $30 meal was the chili cheese fries, cheese tots and drinks.

After seeing all the recent reviews you can tell that this location hasn’t improved any. Especially in the last two years. The majority of the electronic screens don’t work. Gave three stars cause my order happened to be correct this time. Only three stars cause I stopped a carhop and asked if I could get a refill and she bluntly said “we don’t do refills - haven’t in years” and then walked off. #customeservice

This Sonic here in Greenville always seems to have problems. Slow service, not knowledgeable. Today I tried to order through the app. I needed to ask a question about it, and the girl trying to help said I don't know about the app. We don't mess with that. Really? Not even your manager would know? Anyways, I figured it out on my own, then ordered. It took forever to get my food. Not to happy.

Worst sonic food I've ever had. French toast sticks where hard and stale no syrup to drown out the bad taste and the cuesont was stale and gross. No receipt was Givin to even take back, terribly disappointed and will not waste my money going back.

I would give a zero if I could. I went to the sonic in Greenville, ordered the new sonic brownie batter shake.They brought out a oreo shake, I proceeded to order a new one without any problem. They brought out yet another oreo shake, I thought maybe they were busy so proceeded to order YET ANOTHER shake. The girl said she would come to us, when she got there she said she would fix it for us and asked for the other shake back. When she came back, she did not. She brought back the same shake with new whipped cream and cherry. She said “I know it looks like an oreo but its not” it clearly was. My intelligence was insulted, nor did I deserve the disrespect when i spent my own money at this facility. I wont be coming back.

The screen to order did not work but the lady who took her order repeated it back exactly. And when we went to pay she took our card and swiped it at a different screen which worked excellent thank you
