Very fast, friendly service. Delicious sandwiches, fresh quality ingredients, excellent rolls. I usually go through the drive through. My favorite sandwich is the #12 Beach Club.

Mobile order told us it wouldn’t be ready for nearly 40 minutes. We went through drive through after making the mobile order and still had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our food. Certainly not freaky fast… inside isn’t even open, what could take so long? This is not like any other Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, shouldn’t share the name.

I have had multiple problems with this location to many to list and drag on in this review. Today's issue will be the last I will no longer be a customer. Make sure you have exact change paying with cash is all I will say.

Disappointed that the doors are locked and closed even though the other locations are open. We were going to order for a large group, but I guess this location doesn’t care if they lose the business seeing there are people posting the same complaint for the past several months. Going to a competitor.

Door locked… despite a sign saying online orders could be picked up inside. ( ps site isn’t taking online orders() I walked over from hotel and do not want to stand in line breathing car fumes which would be the only way to order and receive food. Going to Panera.

I went through the Drive-through on Friday and it was Easter weekend. The girl running the window forgot to give my debt card back. So I had no debt card the hole weekend. I went to get my card back and they did not even apologize or Say anything just have a good day. So I did not have my card all holiday weekend. I at least expected a simple apology. I come here more then once a month. I’m not sure if I will be returning. Also manager didn’t say a word just told the girl to get the card that was it didn’t say anything else to me.
