A few times we said we wouldn't come back because of dirty tables, messy salad buffet and a sticky drink station. Today we were pleasantly surprised how clean everything was, the buffet was full and the employees were all hard at work cleaning, cooking, serving and making sure the guests were happy. Special kudos for Jennie and Krissy for keeping things running smoothly and putting the customers first. Keep up the great work!

We ordered a couple of pizzas and chicken wings here, and the order was made pretty quickly. We choose a pickup, and the whole experience was satisfying, but the taste seems to be kinda bland for me. But wings were extra hot in comparison.

I love the variety of pizza here and the salad bar. I love that you can ask for a specialty pizza to be made. The small arcade is ok, I personally think they should build out and expand it. The staff is friendly and helpful. My 11 yr old son enjoys going here as well.

Try enjoyed time with my youngest daughter. There gentleman that work there that passing back and forth with his phone. Listen music with cussing words. Then I have gentleman try sell dry loaf breads. I ask nice that was interesting. Last time I came wasn't any pizza on the buffet and had to order what you wanted.

Cicis recently has new management, and they are great they keep the pizza stocked and check on the customers often.

Went in for lunch on Saturday at around 2 with my Cousin and her Daughter and this was the buffet😳. Only 2 other tables in there at the time and I asked them when they would be putting pizza out they said 10 minutes so after eating salad and waiting 20 minutes I went and asked again when will pizza be put out and the lady again said 10 minutes while 2 high school age kids stood behind the counter dancing and laughing. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and I was informed she didnt speak English😡😳. I then asked for my money back since I had paid for a all you can eat pizza buffet and there was NO pizza let alone all you can eat pizza. She said since I had eaten salad she couldnt give me a refund. I told her I didnt come in there for all you can eat salad bar I came in for all you can eat pizza. She said well you can wait or leave. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to and they need a manager who speaks English.
