The ice cream is fantastic, the customer service and the cleanliness not so much. Floor was so sticky I could hear my shoes peeling off at every step. Unbelievable amount of staff, nobody smiles greets you or holds eye contact for more than a moment. Lots of drive-through orders, but also lots of staff standing around, and really didn’t enjoy being skipped over twice in order to place an order.

This has been a on going problem with cold or lukewarm food. Also the gravy for their biscuit and gravy dish ihas been more like soup. I have filed at least twice complaints before today March 25th 2022. Since I retired , I have not been eating out much. Again today the fries were cold and the hamburger patty was not cold, maybe like warm. I ' am afraid that someone is going to get food poisoning. I will no longer go to Braum's till the manager is replaced

Ordered a grande breakfast burrito this morning, minus the tomatoes and add chipotle sauce since I don't really care for Guacamole, plus it comes with jalapenos and the other one doesn't. Received it and took a few bites and I was totally shocked because it was actually made right! Once halfway through, there was the Guacamole!! Was does this happen so often? Not only here but at nearly every Braums store from Galveston to Arizona this happens. It's pretty simple to understand maan🤨

Bought a bag of burgers for my son and I. I requested fresh patties because they are always hours old from this location, also extra pickels. I opened the burger for my son and it had a smidge of ketchup, over cooked old dried up patty and one single pickel.

Well...I ordered a twist cone. There was 3 cars in front of me. I thought 🤔 surely I will get my cone at the window when I pay and I can simply drive out of the line, but I didn't. I got to the window to get my cone and the first picture is what I got slightly melted and looked deformed. 🤣 Plus it was wrapped with a napkin which stuck to the cone. 😩 Since I was in uniform and on bresk from work I didn't have time to decline the cone. I ate it and of course I had to eat around the stuck on paper napkin. I was disappointed 😞 to say the least, however Lesson Learned. Next time I will simply go inside. It was delicious no doubt. #nexttimegoinside #dontorderaconeindrivethru

Ice cream is amazing! Service absolutely sucks!! They have a ton of staff behind the counter but still wait 25 mins for an ice cream! Ridiculous

Charged me for someone else's order and they gave my order to someone else. Gave them a second chance, but got disappointing food and very unfriendly staff. They use lids on their coffee cups that don't fit and they think nothing of it as they hand you coffee that is literally spilling down the sides and dripping off the cup.
