Burger was totally fine, service was expected. Fries were super mealy/soft in the middle. But someone please explain to me why my bag has a boot print on it as if it fell on the ground, someone stepped on it, and still used it 🤮🤢
I work in food service and this is exactly what the bottom of walmart's non-slip shoes look like. Small x's inside circles. The shape of a foot on the top, and again on the bottom like it was stepped on not just once. Not OK AT ALL.

The service was good and food was great. Only thing is the need to do better with their fries they were cooked too hard. Also I remember they used to carry fried chicken and I was looking forward to getting some but they no longer carry it. I was so disappointed. Otherwise it was all good.

Staff member didn't give me a receipt, forgot my order, finally brought it in a to go box. Slider buns were hard, fries not fresh, though she said it was when she excused herself for forgetting. Her and another staff member were talking about hair cuts to another patron. They barely had time to take my order. Overall energy in the store is staff have more time to talk then get the orders right. Didn't have the time or energy to complain.

Took a friend here yesterday for breakfast and was most impressed! Great food fast! Friendly service! Clean dining room and restroom. I usually eat at the Hardees across the river, but I just may have to drive a few extra miles to experience this again! Thanks Harders! Fantastic job!

Every time I come here I wait 10-15 minutes to get my food. The employees act like they have attitudes the whole time. I walked in to get my one biscuit that I ordered because they asked me to pull in a parking space. The lady behind the counter got frustrated when I asked for condiments (hence the reason I walked in) the customer service is horrible and service is ridiculously slow!!! I will continue to go to the one by the airport at least they have faster service.

Hardee's has been around as long as I can remember. One of the first fast food chains to serve us. I can remember how great the food was. And even today it was just as hot and delicious as it was then. The people always serve with a smile. It was like coming home. You can always come home.❤

I came when they were slow . My food was cold and disgusting as if it had been sitting out for hours . My tenders were both burnt and cold, my fries were like shoestring cardboard. When I went inside to get my food taken care of, the manager was less than pleasant. nonetheless , my food was remade and I left. I will not return to this Hardees. The employees were nice but this is the 3rd time I have experienced this problem.

Hardee's always been good from when I met Wilbur hardy 55 years ago and got 10 hamburgers for 1.00. And 10 bags of fries for 1.00.......even now that seems like a dream. Way to go hardee's employees and managing staff and all the owners.....thank you
