Came by 20 minutes before closing, ordered in app. I work night shift. It was after closing by the time I got the food. 3 cars ahead of me in line.
Totally worth it to get cold fries (? Why with that long wait) and a MOLDY hamburger bun. None of which I actually could eat. Threw it all away. Now imma be hungry all night at work. Thanks BK.

Worst customer service. Went to the drive thru around 8pm on 6/15/22. No cars in line and no one inside waiting on food. It took someone over a minute to acknowledge me (again no one was in line nor at the window). After being acknowledged drove up to the window and noticed two girls talking. The one at the window did not greet me when I pulled up because she was on her phone (pink case) and had her back turned away from me.
I checked my food before pulling off and when I asked a question about the sandwich that was given she immediately caught an attitude and said there’s nothing she could do. I expressed I would give the sandwich back for the correct one and with her attitude kept saying nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager and she begins yelling at the kitchen (appears the manager was cooking). She comes back to the window with a bag and no type of apology only asking for the previous sandwich back. I’m handed the new bag and she closes the window and walks away. I had to ask someone else again to speak to a manager.
The girl had no patience, no smile, extremely rude so zero customer service skills. And if the manager was okay with her yelling in the store at him and being rude to a customer then I would stay clear away from this establishment because I would hate for her to behave that way to the wrong person and things end up badly.

These people here have no brains don’t know how to listen and all should be fired. You can go over the order and they will still get it wrong. You call them up to tell them and they hang up on you. Who controls this place? The worst service I have ever had. Worse than Wendy’s.
They would get no stars if I didn’t have to give them one to post this.

COVID-19 alert: I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes before being attended. I also waited another 8 minutes for my food. Mask are required for service as people are asked to put them on while in the store, but the employees don’t or barely wear them at all. The manager was also on front counter, she was masked. This makes no sense, as there is no dining inn allowed due to COVID-19. As a health care provider this is unacceptable. Covid-19 is already rebounding this fall. In franchise owned Burger Kings, dining inn is allowed. This one is corporate. This was explained to me by a manager of a franchise store. When asked for something for my inconvenience of having to wait, such as a free french fry or small drink, I was denied. This was just a test of their commitment to customer service and they FAILED.

I ordered a whopper combo add bacon. In my defense, it had been a minute and i forgot that this 9.00 combo does NOT come with cheese. Nor was it offered. So the burger was temping at 42 degrees. ( im a chef, i have a thermometer in my car) as you can see from the pics, the lack luster condiments. This BK is up snd down. When Tammy is working, food is delicious. And of course its busy and theres a wait because everyone knows when she works the food is on point..... but when shes NOT there, CAVEAT EMPTOR. Also, the bacon was rubbery, and i hate that because when you bite the sandwich, you pull out the entire slice.... which i did. I just hated it. 03/24/22

My fave: the bacon double cheeseburger. A great little burger for a decent price. Good fries too.

Place a mobile order in-between my chemotherapy treatments and walked over from the hospital and the lobby was closed waited 15 mins while the girl working drive thru stared at me with an obvious attitude until finally I called the store phone and the guy in the back made the best he could of a terrible experience I will never be back to this burger king after standing out in the cold for 15 mins with an employee staring at me and catching an attitude that I was trying to pick up and order which I was already charged for props to the guy in the back but the girl working drive thru needs to find another line of business to work in if it upset her that much when a customer tries to pick up an order they already paid for to the point she let me stand outside for 15 mins in the cold while throwing a fit will never be back to this location

Night shift is very rude. I’m not expecting to be treated like Queen Sheba, but the attitude I received was uncalled for. I get it, the area is busy, maybe the shift could be shorter or more breaks. Implement incentives for willing night crew participants. Anything would help so these workers do not feel burned out. I believe that is where most of the irritation comes from. Everyone’s tired and working for pennies. I hope these workers get incentives for working in this exhausting area.
