Best sonic location I’ve ever been to! I haven’t been to sonic in over a year because where I used to live, there was poor customer service. I just started attending college at ECU and decided to give this one a try. This Sonic location has friendly, fast service and I feel so welcomed. The food is fresh and hot and it’s nice and quiet here. I’m going to start coming more I love it!! These employees should be so proud of their hard work, it’s going to pay off!

Well, this was the third time in over a year. We pulled up and it took them 5 minutes to answer the screen. They took our order. We waited for our food and when they did show up it was the wrong food. The gentleman went back, could not find our order and retook our order again. We waited for our food. The food came out and was not hot and my tots were dumped into the bottom of the bag. While we were finishing, another order of food came out, the retake of our order. What a disaster. Food was marginal.

Giving this location one Star. Waited 30 minutes for two drinks, then they handed them to me sticky. Had to ask for napkins to wipe them off. Dude didn't even give us a receipt. Glad there's multiple Sonic's in town to choose from because I won't be going back to this one. They're only saving grace was the drinks were good.

The drive thru staff is always friendly. I love the lemonade slush! If you like lemonade you'll love this. The food and ice cream are always great! Highly recommended.

Good (bad for you) food at decent prices for today. Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed, & likely short-staffed like everywhere currently. Their app to pre order online is great & I recommend using it.

I have gone back a few time because I know places can have an off day. But literally every time I have gone the mobile orders take 30-40 minutes to get and the orders are wrong EVERYTIME. This is supposed to be fast food. I will not go back anymore and will try a different location in the future.

Been to Sonics (on Greenville blvd) twice this week and each time no one answered the intercom for the drive through. Drove to the window but no one was there. We waited atleast 5 min each time... SMH. This was between 9am and 9:30am both mornings.

Food is always good but the place needs a major update. The roof has holes all in it in the drive thru area and over the drive up spots.
