They are usually very good. Food has not seemed as fresh lately. Even had to wait for hot ham and cheese and it was hardly warm. The staff are always so nice though.

The ladies at the drive thru were so sweet and had the best tone! They also acknowledged my little boy in the back seat. My food was fresh & HOT! Very happy with my visit!!

Placed an order & paid online but didn't have my food ready when I pulled-up at the window. I had to parked, went inside & took another 30 mins or so. Poor leadership and supervision of the manager on duty and lack of attention to details.
One star on service and performance. Two stars on food I paid for $28.76.
Learned my lesson.

Waited in line for 15 minutes and all I ordered was a single double cheeseburger. Absolutely ridiculous! They need better staff and to be better organized. Everyone was being pulled up or having to wait 10 to 20 minutes for food. Very disappointed!

The food was ok the service was unbelievable, from people getting the wrong food to me walking inside to see employees propped up on the clean cups that are supposed to be givin to the customers. The store was nasty and the manager was unfazed by anything.

Saw a Hardee’s ad for the Big Hardee and it looked like the Big Twin I used to enjoy a while back. It did not take long to get my burger going through the drive through and the person was friendly. The burger was not bad but it was not great! It was ok. It did not look like the burger I saw on tv. I will return hoping for a great burger!

Hit the drive-through for breakfast on Tues, they were parking every car.. and then taking 10 minutes to bring food out!! Made me late for work. Won't be back anytime soon.

I just had the worst customer service at Hardee's on Charles Blvd. I understand it won't be the impeccable service I've received on multiple occasions.. (usually they blow me away with the promptness and manners they show at the drive thru) I have even asked one woman "where have you been all my drive thru life experiences?" ... this morning a few moments ago.. the line was long but I knew the good food would be worth the wait. A polite gentleman took my order through the speaker and gave me my total and I was asked to pull forward.. once I waited for my food... longer than a fast food chain usually takes.. the woman didn't not greet me once I told her good morning (first)...Shoved my drink and bank card back at me.. a longer wait for the food to be brought to the window.. her window was open and I told her "thank you" she looked at me and continued talking to her co workers.. thinking she didn't hear me I said "thankkk youuuu" and she replies
"Uh-huh"
I mean if you hate your job and treat people that way, you have NO business being in any industry that deals with the public! I was having a great morning till this employee, totally was rude and put me in a sour mood.. I won't be back.. there are plenty of other breakfast joints that I will be willing to go to that can say "hello" and "thank you"
I'm not asking for you to kiss butt when I pull up but common decency manners are to be expected!

So. As we pulled up, there was a van waiting for food. We placed our order and the van was still waiting. We sat behind it for over 15 minutes. When they pulled away, or food was sitting there waiting for us. Luke warm. Shouldn't you have asked the van to pull ahead to serve others? By the time we got home our food was cold. The guy behind us backed up and left.
Very disappointed.
