Tried the new Primal Burger good sandwich but would be a lot better if hot and fries were cold also. They acted as if they didn't care I would not recommend this eating establishment has gone downhill from what it used to be.

This location looks very run down from the outside. Went through the drive-thru around 7pm-8pm, I was the only car in the entire parking lot including the drive-thru which was odd. After ordering my food I drove to the window and waited 8-10 minutes for 1 burger & fries. The burger AND the fries were burnt/overcooked. Avoid this location!!!

Consistently not on time & the food isn’t made with respect.. I like love the food but the service is absolutely horrible at this location. Management is a joke.. This burger looks nothing like the commercial, yet again another disappointment...

I got the $5.00 Cheeseburger combo.The fries were decent but the burger was dry.I won't be trying that again any time soon....

I ordered 2 apple pies and a medium cherry coke with no ice. I was only disappointed with the apple pie because they have changed them. They weren't the same, I only ate one and trashed the other.

The food is always hot and fresh when I go there . The cashier was polite. The manager was helpful they were busy. Keep up the good work . I will return.

I've got no complaints about the food, it's about the same as it is it all Hardee's restaurants. My complaint today was about number 1 the sweet tea. Anybody that has used up remix T knows that when it sits for a while becomes old and you keep reusing it it gets very thick and strong. This is exactly the way it was today. My other complaint would have to be customer service. I have had several bad experiences at the drive thru at this particular location. Today, I had someone who had no personality whatsoever. Once I drove up to the window and she finally made it to the window she barked out my price grab my money handing me my change hand me my bag handed me my teeth and even though I said thank you she just shut the window and walked away. As I said, the food is about the same at all of them, it's the customer service that will bring you back. I'm sure I could have turned around drove back in and complained about the sweet tea but I was already about 5 miles down the road before I realized. Needless to say, I probably won't stop back by there even though it is on my way home from work.
