I asked for a homestyle tenders combo and got a bunch of burnt tenders that I waited forever for in drive thru. Staff was too busy talking to each other instead of making sure orders and customer service were to perfection. At 2 pm food should be fresh

I love Bojangles! However that can vary considerably. This visit to this store was terrible. It's a 25 minute ride back to our house which is where we of course opened up the bags. Unfortunately they left out part of our meal. Also out of the two chicken breasts one of them was dark brown and inedible, we threw it away. The other one was dry. The dirty rice that they now serve is always just mush, with little sausage or seasonings. Very disappointing visit. We did call and complain about the missing food and a nice gentleman took down my details and said we could stop in and he would replace the whole meal. While that is a nice gesture the less than appealing food we had this time makes it of questionable value. I would hope any manager would instruct those working under him to not include food that is clearly overcooked, nearly burnt. In addition the rice for some time now has consistently been mush.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION. This was the last time I will ever come here and I will make sure to share my experience all over social media so people stop coming and you lose business. I come here almost every other day and every time I get a bad experience because of the rude attitude the woman in the drive thru window gives me for no reason. I understand it's 8 o'clock in the morning but that is uncalled for. This last time was the worst experience. Unprofessional and rude. The main woman there that talks into the intercom always gives you an attitude. My food was nasty and cold. Biscuit is falling apart. Tried calling in and no one picked up. Came back and doors are locked and no one paid attention that someone was knocking at the door. Went through the line and asked for my refund. I had all my food but the biscuits fell apart and this woman thought I ate one of them even though you can clearly see it was broken up from how badly they made them. REFUSED to give my whole refund and also took the food back. I did not get my refund and I promise you I will reach out to whoever I need to so the employees responsible for this get fired. Do these people not understand that you absolutely RUIN someone's morning by being so rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I can literally hear that same lady yelling inside complaining that I came back for my refund. I wasn't mean and I simply asked for my refund. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. It will ruin your morning. I thought I had other horrible experience but this experience TOPPED them all.

I'm still sitting here in line. Been about 45 minutes. An I'm stuck in the curve part so I can't even get out of line to go somewhere else. Not sure why it's taking so long, but if it's gonna be like this they need to move people forward and park them, an take their food out.
I'm at the window now. Employees personal drinks are on the table where they are preparing food. This is cross contamination. Then get my food and it's not even correct. Not sure what's going here

Absolutely horrible service! They asked if we had cash and when we said no. they said we can't have any sause because they charge cash only even for mayonnaise! Our sandwiches were thrown together and when we asked for the manager she said if we don't have cash for the sauces then we don't get any and to leave because we are holding up the line. I hope something is done about this, this is the worst customer experience at a fast food restaurant so far!

What a horrible experience. I get in their long drive thru line because the dining room is closed. I’m in line for over 30 mins and when I get to the window and they tell me they’re only taking cash. When I ordered at the speaker there was no such sign. I know places are busy and understaffed but Associate didn’t even offer an apology. Just informed me they could only take cards and that’s that. Completely unprofessional and I won’t be going back.

The food I just got from here I wouldn’t serve to my DOG. I ordered a 8 piece chicken meal with dirty rice and Cajun beans. The whole meal look like it was 3 days old the biscuits were hard and flat. I will NEVER eat here again 🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬

Check your order! Even though biscuits come with your meal they conveniently forgot to put one in my #15 meal. Will not answer your he phone and it is too far for me to go back just for my biscuit!
