Arby's

This place was a half and half experience... First time we went the food was good and reasonable (lunch time). The second time (dinner another day) was pretty bad: all of our food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I'm sure it's hard to balance this but please have someone keep an eye on how long things sit during later shifts. Nice employees though! Thank you!

Arby's is one of our go to fast food places. The quality of the food has always been very good. The last two visits the staff at this location have not been very friendly. This visit we ordered a couple milk shakes after we finished our meal. They had no other customers in front of me, it took nine minutes to get two milk shakes. I went back to the counter after seven minutes , asked, they clicked on the screen that was blank (dark), then made them as I watched. Yeah, the food and shakes were good, the service needs work. Oh, I was prompted on my phone asking for this review. I was just gonna let it go. We will go back, I hope they go back to the excellent service of the past.
