i think the ice cream is made in house and it is probably the best i’ve ever had. they’re always nice and quick. the fresas con crema are really good too. definitely recommend

Two stars is generous... but my milkshake was good. Service was TERRIBLE. My boyfriend didn't like his milkshake, he went back in the store and waited over 5 minutes for service only to be told he couldn't get something in place of it and couldn't receive a refund. The person who waited on us was unfriendly and unhelpful from the beginning.

I will NEVER go here again! Their ice cream is the best but however the young little girl in there and yes little girl because that’s how she acts. She needs to get fired. We have gone several times and she had an attitude but today just was just overboard. She gave the nastiest attitude to my husband about what he ordered. I don’t know if she is the owners daughter or whatever she is but she should not be there or they will start loosing a lot of customers because of her attitude. She is an employee and her priority is to take care of the client. I rather drive 2 hours to go to the another paleteria rather than spend another dime at this place. It’s completely her fault why you guys have lost another client!

The absolute best Ice cream in all of Jacksonville! From traditional Hispanic treats like fresh sliced mango, to small batch incredible quality ice cream, this is absolutely the dessert spot! Couple that with simply immaculate cleanliness this place is just outstanding all around!

Great ice cream. But the customer service is not great. One employee was very rude when we walked in. She had an attitude. I will not return frequently. I rather buy ice cream somewhere else.

Best icecream in town, if you can catch them open. I usually stop by after work and get some of the home made popsicles. Fresh fruit! And the service is super friendly. :)
