Hands down the most authentic Mexican restaurant in town. We have been to just about every other one in town but Anita's is the best by far. We had the chicken in red sauce and the gorditas. There are many choices for meats but we went with beef tongue, shrimp, steak, chicken, and chorizo. Seriously cannot decide on a favorite. The salsa is awesome, you can choose from sweet, mild, or hot. All three were superb but the the sweet was a fave. We also got sides of rice and beans. Now, I don't normally eat refried beans but I made an exception for these. They did not disappoint! The service was superb and they were super friendly. We definitely recommend eating here and we will definitely be coming back. Probably tomorrow!
The best Mexican food I have ever had! We had the grilled cactus, burrito with marinated pork, shredded chicken quesadilla, rice and beans. Definitely worth the drive and visit with Edwin and Janeth.
If you want authentic food without the chain restaurant feel this is it! Everything is fresh and made to order. Tacos and Gorditas are a favorite. Peak times may have a bit of a wait but definitely worth it.
I’ve heard so many great things about this restaurant from friends and family. It’s been on my restaurant list for a few months now and I was finally able to visit this week. It was well worth the wait and they deserve all the praise it’s been given. I ordered the chicken burrito and a horchata. I honestly couldn’t finish the burrito in one sitting. But it was good enough that it made me want to try. I hope to visit this establishment again sometime soon.
Authentic Mexican cuisine in every delicious sense of the term. This is the stuff native Mexican people rave about and non Mexican people can only dream about.. the staff are a m amazing and helpful from the first encounter till the final adios. I love this place.... oh, you gotta give each of the salsas a go... from mild to burning wild it is all so good.
I don't usually like Mexican food, but this place is the bomb. Especially, their fish tacos. I usually buy 4 thinking I will eat 2 and save 2 for later. Well, that's a joke. I end up eating every last one of those bad boys and look for more, lol. So glad to see you are getting more 5 star reviews then bad ones. Some people look for perfection from imperfections. They will always be unhappy and disappointed. Keep doing what you are doing. You have many happy customers.

These Barria tacos were the best tacos I've ever had! They're always so friendly. It's definitely one of my and my boyfriend's favorite places to eat in town.
Absolutely love this place!! All of the food is so full of flavor, you can never go wrong. I even got to try the cactus tacos! Highly recommend the horchata. You will not be disappointed.
Gorditas were great. Had lunch here and was totally satisfied with the food. The tacos where the bomb. The Gorditas were on point as well. Check them out for lunch when in the area.
