Had a bad experience last week here, got home and made a complaint on the bojangles website and the next morning the manager called and listened to my issues I had, told me she would take care of me the next time I went and that she would make sure she fixed the problem, so I went back the next day
My biscuit was cold and hard. I'm trying to figure out how it looks anything like the picture. I ordered the Cajun chicken biscuit with Pimento cheese. They opened not too long ago and my food is still cold and hard?
I called the manager and she didn't even apologize or seemed like she care
They need to learn the definition of sweet tea. And make it sweet. Instead of tea flavored water.
All my food was exceptionally cooked the way I like it.the employees were grreeaatt.! Thank you Bojangels.
Sandwiches were fresh made and gentleman at the window was very kind and pleasant to be around. While there was a little confusion with the order and got one sandwich incorrect (partially my fault in communication), we were happy to visit and be treated with smiles. Tasty chicken!
Food was delicious as always! The person who took my order in the drive thru speaker was short with me and quite rude but the woman running the window was very friendly.
