Very good, fresh bread. The bread is like a skinny torpedo, so it doesn't hold as much meat or other stuff as the other places, but each bite is pretty much perfection. Very fresh, tasty ingredients. Prices between Subway and Jersey Mike's. People say you get what you pay for ....

The worst jimmy johns I ever been too. I will not recommend nobody to come to this one. The customer is the worst. The manager Who Name is John treated me so badly. He wouldn’t put my sandwich in a bag. Didn’t talk to me when I ask him to cut my sandwich the other employee had to answer for him. He didn’t greet me or smile when I came in just the worst and when I ask for his name to report him he told me good luck I will be calling a lot of people just to report him and he was talking about me to his employee and also gave me the hand when I was talking to him. He is the rudest he need to be fired I don’t know how he is a manager no good customer services why get in the customer service business and not have none at all smh.

I witnessed an female employee treat a customer like he was a burden just because he wanted to correct a issue on his order. The guy wasn't even being unreasonable or rude about it. I wouldn't bother going here again, it's not like the subs are that good anyways.

Do NOT go the Moye Blvd Greenville Nc location! Placed an order for delivery and never received it. Had to go to their location due to not getting my order and all I got was a bunch of excuses. Then I was told my order was out for delivery and come to find out it was sitting in the store. The manager had a nasty attitude because they are short staffed. She never once apologized! Stay away! The manager is rude!

By far the worst Jimmy John's that there is. The mess up your order and show no regard in reference to customer service. They behave as if they don't care about their job. They do NOTHING to try to rectify their mistakes and act as though they've done nothing wrong. I ordered my usual #7, which has double meats and double cheese. NOT only did it NOT have the double meat, but it had no tomatoes or cheese on it!!!!By all means, drove across town because this store is awful!!!!! As for myself, I will NEVER order from ANY Jimmy John's AGAIN!!!! And I am going to make sure that everyone I know doesn't eat there and a few people that I don't know!!!!!!!!!!
