Review Jack In The Box - Greenville

TERRIBLE! Came to order food around 7pm yesterday to be told "hold on a minute" at the speaker, which is fine. (Even though that's not customer service, which includes greeting a customer, even in a drive thru) After waiting a few minutes I say "hello" to be ignored, so I sat there for another minute. Then I decided to pull through to see there's one car at the window, ONE. Jack In The Box needs to do better. Here's a picture of your employees vehicles, I'd say they need better training. Food is always good, but customer service at the window is not.

Our server who took our order seemed like he didn't really want his job . He took our order but couldn't really answer any questions we asked him about the menu. My little girl ordered the #14 which is nuggets & curly fries & a drink , her fries were old & had been left under the heat lamp for too long & were not good. My food was ok I got the new quad burger combo & my fries were better than the ones that my little girl got . My other half ordered the loaded mini tacos combo & they didn't even try to make it even close to looking presentable or even close to making it appetizing. The meat on my burger was so thin but at least it was prepared well & not burnt or raw, it was juicy & not dry. My fries were not overly salty they were just right. The dining room needed to be cleaned & tables wiped down & the drink station needed to be cleaned.

Very rude staff and the food wasn't so great either! I told the young blonde lady working there I wanted curly fries and when I got my order she gave me regular fries, so when asked to fix it she got upset rolled her eyes and started talking to her co-workers and when she did fix my order she threw the bag at me in the car. Very bad customer service! If you don't like your job, get a new one!

Service is normally terrible but the food is usually ok. Today both were terrible. I came through at 7:32 pm and ordered 10 tacos. I received those and went home. When I got home my son went to eat one and it was just soggy grease filled tortilla. They're always a little greasy but that's too be expected. This was so greasy by the time I returned grease was soaking through the bottom of the bag. Since they were only half cooked I guessed I headed back and called on the way to give them a heads up. Mind you it took me 30 minutes total to go back and forth again. I told the girl on the phone about it and she told me i needed to bring the entire order and receipt back. That's was fine except for the part of the one that had already tried to be eaten. I didn't think she would want a half chewed up taco brought back so I told her I had 9 I was bringing back. She said she would replace 9! I was like are you serious? I'm having to come all the way back there because the first time they were made were inedible. She then forcefully put me on my place and repeated " like I said i will replace 9! You already ate 1!" Ok it wasnt really eaten but ok. If you want to make that big of a deal over a 65 cent taco fine. I just thought it was really crazy being demanded like that and not even having the full order remade. It wasnt my fault I had to bring them back. I was the one being inconvenienced! Then when I got there to return them the girl at the window pretty much handed the bag out and shut the window on me before I could even say thank you. The only positive experience was the boy taking the drive thru orders named Isaiah. He was nice both times I spoke to him.

Well they are never open when I go here, even thou they are 24 hours and if they are open they dont ever get my order right or they give me old food. I used to love this place but I don't know what happened but they are not what they used to be. Plus they are higher prices and they give you less food so wouldn't advice going here ever.

Food was ok, problem was after a long trip,we had to pee. The doors were open, walked in then got told to get out because dining area is closed. No sign telling it's closed inside, so I had to pee outside in the parking lot next to the building.

I don't understand why more people don't eat here. They have the best breakfast of any fast food restaurant. Only this place makes it to order. You may have to wait a few minutes, but it's worth it.

Third time trying this location. First time was 930 pm and was told they were closed at the speaker. Second time was 7 pm and was told the system was down and they couldn't take any orders. Third and final was less than an hour ago. Sat at the speaker for several minutes. I said "hello?" And I voice immediately responded with " we're closed" this is incredibley rude and can we do something Bout the fact that the website says open 24 hours...I.. fix your info and get friendlier staff cause that's just horrible. No wonder this location is always dead when I pass by and that's for sure what I'll be doing from here on out. Just passing by. Will not waste my time trying to stop again.
