I ordered 4 egg and cheese crossiants and received 2 sausage egg and cheese and a ham egg and cheese croissant and 2 hash browns. We can not eat any of this order as we do not eat sausage or ham. Called the store and received absolutely no help or apology for the inconvenience and incorrect order being sent. Waited over an hour for the order to be delivered just to have a wrong order. Contacted the customer service department and awaiting assistance

Drive thru slow slow slow drive thru employee very rude with bad attitude. Employees take their time doing everything. I don't think they care if they get complaints or bad reviews.. like they not worried bout loosing their jobs. Management must have low expectations. Star is for front cashier lady. She is nice and helpful. The few good reviews this place got are obviously fake and from friends of the employees..

Worst experience I've ever had. I wouldnt rate one star but I have to in order to leave a review. I was given the wrong drink, no sauce which I asked for and the woman working the window continuously slammed the window shut while I was patiently waiting for my order. She didn't speak not once except to take the order at the speaker. She was told the order twice and still sent it out wrong. If Burger King cares about their customers and wants to keep business I advise video be watched on 4/3 at approximately 4:30pm in the drive thru. I am a store manager and would fire this certain employee if I experienced this type of ridiculous behavior from them.

Shii service and embarrassing staff.
Went through the drive thru this afternoon, my wife was friendly , the cashier was not , asked us to pull up so we did. They brought us the wrong food, not a problem, we just asked for the right order in return for the bag we had, cashier (I believe she was also a manager because she had on a different shirt.) yelled at another employee in front of everyone, then proceeded to be rude to my wife and have a nasty tone, she didn’t apologize and told her to move up again. I told her she was being rude and I asked for a refund. she then proceeded to yell back and forth with me in the parking lot until I got out my car to get the refund, then her tone seemed to change. I received my refund and will be happy to not return. What makes it worse is that I saw her hand the same bag of wrong food that my wife had touched to the next customer out the window. I told the customers at the window that it was the same bag and she yelled out the window “don’t listen to her”. Embarrassing staff, Embarrassing service, disgusting and unsanitary.

Joe/Jo (not sure how she spells it) at the drive through line was the sweetest. She went above and beyond for my kiddos and they want to go back there everyday! Thank you Jo, She needs a raise!!! You’re awesome!!!! Thank you!

I wouldn't have gave them a one star if the staff was more concerned about window time and service. It makes no sense for anyone to be waiting in line for 15 minutes. Not to mention there was only TWO cars in front of me. We all was waiting for at least 15-20 min. I wouldn't have stopped if my daughter didn't want breakfast before school. If y'all need some more help. Should definitely do a hiring event and hire RELIABLE people.

This BK started off poorly because I was there at 6:50 a.m. and they opened at 7:00 a.m. due to it being New Year's Eve, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was as I approached to go in the door was still locked at 7:00 a.m. sharp, and I had to walk around to the front of Spinx to get into the restaurant on a bitter cold morning. If that wasn't enough, in order to access the restaurant itself I had to squeeze between a trash receptacle and a lottery booth so that I could order my food(photo posted). Now, the shift supervisor asked if I took a picture, and I said, "Yes, I do Google reviews." Therefore, she was aware that they were being reviewed. I ordered at 7:07 a.m. and I received my food at 7:17 a.m., so fast food seems like a foreign concept because I only ordered the two for four dollars ham, egg, and cheese croissants. The food itself was pretty tasty to me, but my fiance said that her croissant was dry around the edges. The prep area was very clean which I value highly, and that's the main reason they get three stars because without it they would have received two only. The inside part of the restaurant had at least three wet floor signs on a floor that was not wet. I assume that it was left there from the night before. The self-serve fountain could have been wiped cleaner as well. Also, the shift supervisor told the gentleman in front of me Happy New Year's and said nothing of the sort to me. What's crazy about that to me is that she knew I was reviewing her and she seemed to ignore me all the more! Overall, this was an average to poor experience.
