Review Mcdonald's - Greenville

This store is good. The lady at the first drive thru window is very sweet. It depends on who is in the second drive through window as to if they are nice or not. They tend to just shove your order out the window without saying thank you for coming to the store or even just saying have a good day. Most of the time the speed is there but the quality of personalities could use some working on.

I am just leaving this location after an absolutely uncalled for experience. I was made to pull forward to wait for my order first. Well, after my order was brought out I was missing a 6 piece nugget and a cheeseburger. The employee who was working basically accused me of trying to get over on them by saying that I needed to continue to check my bag. I checked it in front of her. She brought out 3 other cars orders, and was laughing/cutting up with people, and I was STILL waiting for a 6 piece nugget and cheeseburger, after 15-20 minutes, she FINALLY acknowledged me and brought the food that I was missing. No apologies. No customer service. Absolutely horrible. I wish I could put NO stars. Thank you so much for your 'customer service'

I would like to share what I witnessed today, because something has to give! I pulled into this location to a line of cars in the drive thru that practically wrapped around the building, so I decided to park and go inside. I walked in and immediately noticed 2 customers impatiently waiting for their orders and one lone employee working the counter, meal prepping area, constantly running curbside orders and helping out with the drive thru window. She was absolutely ran ragged yet met with passive aggressive remarks and attitudes by entitled customers not getting their demands met with the snap of their fingers. I could tell she was about to cry but still handled it like a boss! While waiting for my own food I continued to observe the gravity of the situation. McDonald's seems to put all this time, effort and money to make ordering and pickup more accessible and convenient to the customer. What are you doing for the employee? I worked in food service for 15 plus years and when I was working that hard during a shift I was making at LEAST 25 dollars an hour in tips! These corporations constantly try to find new ways to bring in more customers, to make more money. It's time the employees start seeing some of it!!! Her name is Taylor, and she deserves a raise!!! It's 2022 and your employees deserve a LIVABLE WAGE! To clarify the one star is for the company itself.

Such attitude and poor service. This WAS the only good McDonald's within 20 minutes of me. Usually there is a nice person worming. But lately they just have such attitude. I will not be eating at McDonald's again.

Went through the drive thru just now, pulled to the window to get my meal. Got my sweet tea handed to me without any ice. I asked for ice and the lady said we haven't had ice in 3 weeks. Umm, come again 🤣. Shouldn't they tell you that before buying the drink. Who wants hot sweet tea or sodas in June? This location needs to do better!

First off there’s no ice for drinks and they have a sign up stating that while still handing customers empty cups with no ice then everyone of the sodas from the fountain were way past due for replacing all flat and taste like straight syup. Also the fry’s I got definitely had to have been sitting in the open for a while out of the hot tray they were hard and cold. And just to top it all off they have sweet tea set up in the drink area with no lid to cover the liquid and there was multiple things floating in the tea.

Barely a wait in drive thru. I think the order taker was a bit new but she read everything back to make sure it was correct. We got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh! One of the best Mcds experiences I've had in a while.

I am so appreciative of people willing to work and help feed me so I'm usually very nice and thankful but for the most part the folks at this location are hateful, rude, and really don't like the customers or their job. They probably need a raise (appreciation from management) and training on how to appreciate the customers. Without them, they have no job. Without appreciation it is difficult to love your job. If they still hate their job then find another place to work. I'm always full of smile and these jerks are still flat out rude and one in particular is a smart elic. and manager stands their and lets them do it.
