Me and my wife went here for lunch on Good Friday and there was a sign at the front stating that they were short handed so please be patient with the staff. We thought that might be a problem but we were seated quickly, got our order in quickly and got our food very quick too. The food was very good and the price was even better. We have had food service problems here in the past with a full staff working so this was a pleasant surprise. Our waitress Jacqueline was very nice, attentive and was working very hard as well.

I had a great experience eating at Steak 'n Shake with my family. The onion rings were the best I've ever eaten! And the service was excellent. I saw two primary servers for the whole restaurant, so it took a little bit of time for the food to come, which was fine.
My brother-in-law's meal was a bit overdone. Plus, two shakes were more like milk than ice cream, but those were replaced with somewhat firmer shakes.
All in all, my family had a positive experience at this restaurant.

My daughter and I ordered the single burger, which we should've ordered the double..that way we would've at least had a regular size patty. Not only that, the burger was cold. It was just nasty. We couldn't even eat it. Highly recommend not going here. I will never return to Steak 'n Shake!!!

My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner(4:30). The staff was not taking anything seriously. There was one waitress(Naomi) and she was basically running the entire restaurant. She was seating people, taking orders and at some points running the grill because the manager and cooks were basically having a rap session while people were trying to eat! Literally YELLING lyrics out to each other and dancing. Yeah, I really don’t care to eat my burger while the manager is rapping to WAP in the kitchen right next to our table. Honestly, It was awkward and uncomfortable for everyone in the restaurant and not to mention just EXTREMELY unprofessional. They were some pretty vulgar lyrics playing, especially when there were children just trying to enjoy their ice cream. Our waitress was very attentive, hard-working…honestly, Naomi should be hired back to be the manager, and get rid of the current one. Naomi was the only one taking it seriously and she just kept apologizing to us for how the other staff members were working. That’s not okay. My husband and I were just trying to finish our dinner quickly so we could leave. We won’t be back until it’s under different management. It was the most uncomfortable dinner we’ve ever had.

I've had a range of experiences here over the years, but besides the menu cut, it's recently gotten a lot better. Cleaner environment, quick service, and good quality burgers and fries. They also used to serve the shakes in tall glasses which was nice and now they just do styrofoam cups.

My experience at this steak&shake location was unsatisfactory and grotesque. We had to explain our drive thru order to the operator numerous times. The cashier spent a long time attempting to apply a discount from the app and finally decided not to honor the reward due to "app issues". After paying for our food, we then found the order was incorrect; missing fries, wrong condiments. To add to the list, the milkshakes we ordered were only 75% full. I've never been more dissatisfied by a fast food establishment ...

Without a doubt the best fast food shakes in town!!! They have so many flavors to choose from, but my favorite is the Nutella!!! As far as I know Steak N Shake is the only place around to offer this flavor and it is FIRE! 🔥 This location does half price shakes for Happy Hour, which is Monday-Friday, 2pm-4pm! This is the reason we come back every week! 😂 Burgers are good, fries are good, shakes are amazing, oh the whipped cream.. it’s so thick, and delicious.. 😍🔥😍🥵🔥💦💦💦 I just wanna cover my baby daddy in it and eat em’ like a sundaeeee!!!! 🤤

Been going here for years with no issues. For those who have had “bad experiences,” you should adjust your expectations. The employees make very little for their work and work long hours. Furthermore, this is one of the cheapest places to dine at. It’s the Waffle House of burger joints.
All the servers I’ve had here are fantastic and upbeat!
