Taco Bell

I eat at lots of TacoBell locations, as I travel. Ya never know about local experience, until it's too late. I read reviews here... But also always know the tips. I never get into / wait long lines. Never custom option order items. Never use idiot uberHubDash . Go get your own food, and check the bag before you leave.

By far the worst fast food experience I’ve had. Ordered about $30 worth of food and received the skimpiest tacos I’ve ever seen. On top of the disappointing food, we also did not receive our drinks. Once we rode back up to the store to talk about a refund, the manager and kitchen staff were SO unprofessional about the whole situation. To end off this review, I’d like to add that we paid the girl at the window, sat there for about 15 minutes and the SAME GIRL opened the window and asked us what we needed. Our food. Our food is what we need, girl. Some people aren’t cut out for this industry and whoever was at this location on 2/16/22 around 11pm shouldn’t be working there anymore.

There is a 50/50 chance you are either going to get your food quickly or have to wait 15+ minutes. I have gotten the correct food 95% of the time. The guy that works the register at lunch is super friendly, however some of the other kitchen staff can at times act like you are annoying them asking for sauce or napkins.

I went with a friend to a Taco Bell in a town in GA reluctantly because my experience with Taco Bell was not the most pleasant stomach experience. However he told me that Taco Bell is much better on the stomach than it used to be. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a very satisfying dinner there in GA. I've since visited 2 of their restaurants in Greenville and it the bad experience I've had in the past. I don't have problems in general with Mexican food (or Mexican-American) or spicy hot foods in general but there's something, I think, with the oil they exhaust with deep frying and continue to use elsewhere. I don't know for sure, obviously, but I'm positing the idea that my issue with some Taco Bell's in the aftermath, so to speak. I think that Taco Bell has greatly improved and a worthy choice for meal. Even though I had a reaction to the 2 in Greenville. I've had 2 that caused no after problems and all 4 had nicely prepared food that was quite enjoyable and tasty while eating.

This has to be the poorest run taco bell I've ever been too. Their hours posted are until 1am. Show up at 11, they tell you they're closed except for uber and Doordash. Or just closed. Or no fried items in their foods. There's always something gong in here it seems. Orders are consistently wrong. Bad attitudes amongst the staff. What a horrible example of this franchise.

3/10/22 around 11:30am The drive thru worker was rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. Before I could finish giving my order she cut me off and told me to pull around. When I get to the Drive thru window she basically throws my food at me and doesn’t say anything. I checked my bag and was missing an item so I tried to get her attention and I know she saw me. She finally opens the window and I tell her what was missing. She just shuts the window and tells the other lady working. The other lady had an attitude as well but gives me the item and closes the window. It’s not my fault y’all don’t like your job.
