Rude and never get order right. Ordered tacos with no lettuce and burrito with no sour cream. This happens almost every time but I keep going back. Possibly the worst Taco Bell in Greenville. Time to find another lunch option for tacos.

Ordered from kiosk inside. Mexican Pizza plus other items. Paid with credit card. My name was called and I was told they don't have the new pizza. So I asked how I could cancel the order and person didn't seem to quite know what to do. 2 other people inside were in the same situation as I was. Person made a phone call and then asked for my credit card and issued credit. I ordered verbally this time. Different food plus beverage. Paid with credit card. After a couple of minutes I was told they have no ice and drink would be hot. I switched it out for a dessert item. After much more waiting I received my chicken quesadilla and it barely had any chicken and was mostly very cool. Not a good experience today.

At most Taco Bells the employees generally don't seem to care about anything. At this one, all my interactions have been nothing but good. Really kind employees with large genuine smiles. I was blown away by how nice the people are. I wish I knew the names of the employees I interacted with so I could give them a shout out, they were so nice. Like Chick-fil-A levels of nice.

do not eat here!!! they somehow didn’t have ice for their drinks??? and look at this bowl! this is how it came! embarrassing. they need new workers and management or something

Taco Bell should be proud of the customer service and quality of food produced at the location on North Pleasantburg Drive at Cherrydale Point. The staff are consistently personable, responsive and happy to amend an order. I have found any hour, especially late nights, they prepare orders correctly, hot and fresh. After having eaten at multiple locations from Spartanburg to Clemson and everywhere in between, this location is the best. I drive by 2 Taco Bells to eat at this one.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell. Corporate needs to come in and help this store. Every employee acts like you are the biggest inconvenience to their existence. I have yet to come to this taco bell and have a pleasant experience, just bad attitudes and wrong orders.

I stopped at this Taco Bell because there was no one in line but then after I ordered I was asked to pull to the other side of the building an I counted 8 cars waiting on food!! People started getting out of there cars mad cause they had been waiting forever on there food an some people that got there food was complaining it was not right!! There was a young boy running the food out trying to figure out what car had that food!! I sat there for 37 minutes waiting on 2 Mexican pizzas that was supposed to be no tomatoes on it an they where both covered in tomatoes. I asked for xtra meat an cheese on it.. was not xtra on it at all!!! This is the only Taco Bell that makes u pull around after u order!! Somebody needs to step up an get this place in order!!!!!

Ordered through the kiosk. Waited almost fifteen minutes for someone to FINALLY ask what i was waiting for, only to be told they didnt have my reciept in their system. I didn't want a reciept so I didnt get one from the kiosk but i should have. Luckily i was able to pull up my bank account to show that I had in fact made a purchase, but because i didnt have a reciept, i didn't get my drink. Never coming to this Taco Bell again.
