It’s a Wendy’s these days. Not looking to clean on the exterior, can’t eat inside, mediocre service. I do realize it is hard to get employees, but the ones you do have should be trained to provide excellent service.
Food always tastes the same of which is good. This particular location just needs some love outside and service wise.

Went in the drive thru. Employee at the window was abrasive and annoyed I was there. Ordered a 4 for $4 and a $5 biggie bag. Got no nuggets and no sauce. Neither burger had bacon (as requested) and the sprite was carbonated water. They didn’t even try to get anything right. Best part was they weren’t busy and still took 30 minutes to get my food. There are busier locations with less people more competent than this.

I used to love Wendy's until I moved close to this location. The first few times I thought it was just a one off experience. I manage restaurants professional so I know how that can happen. I also understand the labor shortage right now and try now to keep that in mind as well. I've been to this location 7 times. The only time I ever got a hot fry was for breakfast. The 6 other times I've been were for dinner and the fries and chicken are room temperature and taste like they were cooked an hour ago. I will still eat Wendy's at other locations but will not be returning to this one. How managers allow that low of a bar for the food going out of their store amazes me. It makes the whole company look bad. After all these bad experiences I am convinced it isn't even the workers fault. They are not being trained and managed correctly.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The lady at the drive thru was super rude and combative. I asked for a receipt because the total seemed very high. I asked for 3 things. 2 breakfast sandwiches & an orange juice. No combos. She still gave me the potato’s from the combo. I told her the total seemed a little too high and I was concerned there was an error made and I was charged for a combo, she argued with me that prices went up and that they were NOT correct on the menu board! When I got my biscuit, it was SUPER hard and stale! My 6yr old daughter almost broke her teeth on the biscuit!! Very disappointing! They charged me $10 for just those 3 items and 2 of them were not able to be eaten!

Visited 4/3/22 @ 1:48. Staff was unnecessarily rude. Went through the drive thru and the female who was responsible for taking our order acted like it was our fault she was there on a Sunday. She didn't greet us with any pleasantries, she was clearly frustrated when she was asked to repeat parts of the order to ensure it was correct and we didn't get any confirmation that she had taken our order correctly whatsoever. Just unnecessary attitude. We left the drive thru line without food. I vote with my dollars. This Wendy's location is garbage

I ordered via the app. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody answered for several minutes. I pulled up to the window and there was nobody to be found. Several minutes later someone asked if I was Doordash. I was not. About 10 more minutes went by and I finally had my food. My burger had burnt rock hard pieces of who knows what in it. Several cars behind me left because nobody was taking orders. The manager was just standing there with other workers doing nothing.Terrible associates.

I like Wendy's but I feel like they stole my salad idea with strawberry I never new Wendy's sold salad with strawberry I have been doing it for years. But when I seen that commercial I would like shocked wow but it's all good if you never tried or said it with strawberry try it you would taste every flavor.

Run from this Wendy's......why does people have to be so ghetto and ratchet ????? Pulled up to the drive thru today and two other cars came behind me. Waited because there was an employee out front (not out back) smoking a cigarette and then someone comes on the intercom at the drive thru and says " we are not taking any orders today". Really????...... close this place down or get people in that wants to work that isn't lazy.
