All 3 sandwiches we ordered were wrong. One of the wraps was supposed to be BLT and it was a Spicy Italian. The Tuna wrap was supposed to have vegetables on it and had nothing but lettuce and so much mayonnaise it was slipping apart. I asked for light mayonnaise and theres so much it's oozing out and is just gross. The sub wasn't supposed to be toasted and it was which made it as hard as a rock. So ridiculous to mess up all the sandwiches and there's no excuse because they had no other customers. So aggravating!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with subway, and it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. I’ll never give money to this company again, because the owner of this location was exceptionally rude. Also, the number posted has been disconnected. There’s way to call this store if you have any issues (like not being able to get into the actual parking lot bc it’s in the worst location ever). Moreover, the website says curbside pickup.... but it’s actually not available. It’s nearly impossible to file any sort of complaint or even just talk to someone to get your money back through the website. I was in the middle of typing all this on the website, then hit the search button to find the store number (which isn’t listed anywhere on the mobile receipt or website - and you need it in order to contact customer service), and boom.... it took me to another page and erased everything I wrote. All around this company fails again and again. I’ve called several stores with no manager/owner available to help me get my money back. Don’t waste your time/money using the app or website unless you just love endless frustration. 0/10 would not recommend. Also, I never got my food... so at this point I’m just plain hangry. So, I ordered from Domino’s right before I wrote this review. They actually know how to treat their customers. Take a note, subway.

Worse steak sandwich I’ve ever had😡Bread was hard as a rock on one end and the rest was crumbly. Big chunks of bell pepper and red onions, no cheese at all. I will never order from this whack subway again😡

The people are very rude I eat at different subways nearly every day this is the second and the last time I'll eat here. I believe in giving second chances and both times were very displeasing the guy is a straight a$$. Save yourself the time and money and spend it with a restaurant that appreciates your business.

I visited this subway with my daughter Monday, June 2, 2020 we walked in the door to an empty restaurant and ask if they were seating customers inside. The rude girl that answered us I found out later is the manager told us yes but she wished she could lock the doors to keep our germs out!!! My daughter was very kind and said ma’am we have been very careful and quarantined we are not sick. The manager replied “you don’t know what you have”! Needless to say we left, but you would think with no customers in the restaurant she would not run out the only ones you have walking in. As we left the restaurant the other girl standing there said oh you’re in trouble to which the manager replied “I don’t care”!!! Great place!!

Lady with long blonde maybe light brownish hair was very rude and does not have good customer service skills when a customer is asking a question she got very rude with me when I asked a simple question about a price difference. She definitely dont need to be working in the public if she cant keep a attitude out of her voice. I will not be coming back here and I will also be telling everyone else the experience I had it made me very uncomfortable

The food was fine. I had the spicy Italian. However, the service was slow, and the workers looked very unhappy to be there and were not friendly in the least. When I went to pay, they wouldn't accept my coupon. My experience there in the past under previous management was always very good, and friendly, and they used to accept my coupons.
