ordered my large Botato rounds about 10 till 11a this morning- Sunday-- waited until just after 11 before I got to the window and the lady asked me if I would like fries instead of Botato rounds as they take 4 minutes ot cook. I asked her why the order wasn't "dropped" when I placed it around 10 minutes ago- she explained that after 11a, they're cooked when the're ordered. I attempted to educate her on the situation and she just stared at me and asked me to pull up and wait. About 7 minutes later, another vehicle pulled up to wait behind me. at twelve minutes after 11, I called the store and requested to speak to the manager, she told me the same thing the lady @ the drive thru did and I asked her why did 4 minute to cook Botato rounds weren't dropped until AFTER I arrived at the Drive thru window 10 minutes or so later. She got upset and told me they had other people to serve and I wasn't the only one. She said her name was "Ty", I believe. .Horrible experience and they have been a lot busier when I've visited them in the past and had ot wait- but not for this long. Poor management,

Such....slow....service. The guy on the mic was hard to understand and he told me it was going to take 8 minutes to drop fries into the fryer and to pull forward. I waited 25 minutes until I drove back around, spoke to him again, finally gave me my food and it was 100% wrong. I know it is a fast food chain for high school kids learning how to work, but at least pretend to care.

This location is terrible. The food is burnt, they can't take your order, the staff is screaming and laughing at each other. It is chaos and the management sucks. Everyone is cussing, bumping into each other, and not getting any order correct. It took forever to get my order and another woman brought her food back in while I was waiting. The staff is a mess. I will not be coming back to this location.

I am standing in this bojangles right now. This place is a disaster. The associates are screaming at each other in the back. Me and 5 other customers have been waiting on food for 10 minutes or more. There does not appear to be any organization or sense of urgency. Will avoid in the future.

I just went to Bojangles and got bad service. A young boy took my order at the register and then began gathering order without washing his hands. He then put my food on the counter and said "here you go". I asked for a bag and had to pack my order in the bag. Crazy stuff.

Horrible!!!! Went threw the drive threw just now was beyond rude. Ill never go to rhis obe ever again!! You need new worjers that have people skills. And that can understand the window is not sound proof that everything that was said was heard. Abd ill be checking for spit since they want to be smart and say they were going to spit on it.

Fast, accurate, delicious fried chicken. Their breakfast biscuits are my favorite over Chick-fil-A.
