ordered my large Botato rounds about 10 till 11a this morning- Sunday-- waited until just after 11 before I got to the window and the lady asked me if I would like fries instead of Botato rounds as they take 4 minutes ot cook. Such....slow....service. The guy on the mic was hard to understand and he told me it was going to take 8 minutes to drop fries into the fryer and to pull forward. I waited 25 minutes until I drove back around, spoke to him again, finally gave me my food and it was 100% wrong. I know it is a fast foo
This location is terrible. The food is burnt, they can't take your order, the staff is screaming and laughing at each other. It is chaos and the management sucks. Everyone is cussing, bumping into each other, and not getting any order correct. It took forever to get my order and another woman brough
I am standing in this bojangles right now. This place is a disaster. The associates are screaming at each other in the back. Me and 5 other customers have been waiting on food for 10 minutes or more. There does not appear to be any organization or sense of urgency. Will avoid in the future.
I just went to Bojangles and got bad service. A young boy took my order at the register and then began gathering order without washing his hands. He then put my food on the counter and said "here you go". I asked for a bag and had to pack my order in the bag. Crazy stuff.
Horrible!!!! Went threw the drive threw just now was beyond rude. Ill never go to rhis obe ever again!! You need new worjers that have people skills. And that can understand the window is not sound proof that everything that was said was heard. Abd ill be checking for spit since they want to be smar
Fast, accurate, delicious fried chicken. Their breakfast biscuits are my favorite over Chick-fil-A.
