Went around 2:15 pm today. Drive through line moved quickly, servers were polite, efficient and attentive. The food was fresh & piping hot! Fries cooked perfectly and no skimpy servings! Great job! Best McDonald’s in the area. Managers should give pay increases to this current team. Good workers are difficult to find and when you do, you wanna keep ‘em!

Messed up my happy meal, how do you do that? No apple slices and no toy. The only thing right was the nuggets and drink! The poor attitude was not a plus either.

They were extremely slow. The food quality was terrible. The young lady at the register didn't know the difference between Hi-c orange and Fanta orange. I ordered a blue raspberry frozen drink as I was leaving after waiting 10 more min just for a drink I asked what was the hold up was told that flavor wasn't ready so I took a cherry one instead tasted so gross had a weird smell as if the machine needs to be cleaned. Then to make it worse one of the employees children was at work with her 🙄 absolutely appalled.

Probably the worst McDonald's in the state. Guaranteed to screw up your order and the food is always poorly made. Have given this place the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasion and regret it every time. If you're looking for cold food and an incorrect order this is your goto. If you would actually like to enjoy your meal there are literally dozens of places within minutes of this McDonald's that would be a better choice

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the most dysfunctional McDonalds in the world! They never open the dining room. The fries are always cold. Only one of the drive thru lines is ever open and when there are 2 open, they ask you to wait while they take 5 more orders at the other one! I’m not sure why district managers haven’t stepped in and replaced the entire management team. The orders are constantly wrong and you have no way of getting it fixed unless you wait in the one drive thru line again that has 20 cars in it!

I would give this 0 stars if I could and thats hard thing to do considering its McDonalds and expect some weak customer service or a mistake. However this place tops the worst. Waited 20 min for a mobile order (basically just hotcakes and a coffee). 10 min later no food. Asked for refund. They couldn’t calculate that right. Tables were gross. The women's bathroom was so grotesque and no toilet paper. I wouldn’t eat food from there if it was free.

Highly recommend just go to a different McDonald's staff and management was extremely rude. Took forever to get my food and my return cuz I did not want to eat cold food. If you want to ruin your lunch this is a perfect place to go because that's all they will do is ruin your time and your food.

And I thought it was a restaurant. The interior was unclean. They seem to cater to the drive-through. The car exhaust drawn into the ventilation system was disturbing to the point we had to leave. Perhaps a carbon monoxide detector would be appropriate. Protect your employees and your customers.
