Stuck waiting in line for over 30 minutes for seemingly no reason. Line of cars backed up behind out to the road. Update: Finally had to give up hope at getting food as to not risk being late for a meeting. Every other Zaxby’s has quick service - even during peak hours. One car was waiting at the order menu for 10 minutes. Why? I hate leaving negative reviews but this was such a negative experience. No plans to ever come back to this location.

Her name is Laraimia she was rude from the moment we came in. I had to repeat my name to her 4x before I could even get my order started. Which she thought was funny. I watch as she threw my food in to the bag as if she was wnba player. I had to reach over the counter to get my food as she held my bag away from me. I also watch as the man who had order his meal not get his meal and she had to go back and find and reorder his meal because they all were to busy standing around doing nothing. So much for southern hospitality. You do have cameras right go checked them people like that will cause you to lose business.

The food here I always enjoy and never have had a problem with the food. The only thing that I don't like is how long it took me to get my food. The wait for the drive through was very long.

I went there first time 6 months ago and it was very nice. Nice and attentive personnel. I went back last night, after order an online pickup. Horrible. I got the food 30 minutes late, some was hot, some was cold. Customer service was a joke, basically ignoring you and laughing between them. Some people from the drive through came inside to see if anyone was actually working... Only a young lady who seemed to be the manager, or at least the only one to take responsibility, tried to do something but none of them cared. I don't know what happened, but they went down so bad.

I love zaxbys food was made fresh n hot n they got the order right the first time n they gàve us our drinks in a timely fashion will definitely go back to this location

Be sure to check your order.. I eat at this location regularly and 80% of the time I pay fore extra sauce and they never give it to me.. simple mistake but when it happens very frequently it adds up.

Had to wait 15 min before the person at the drive through even spoke to me then I was told there would be an extra wait again after I ordered my food even though everyone in front of me had gotten their food and had left. so don’t come here unless you want to wait for 30-40 min for your “fast food”.
