Their food is allot better now since they switched their fries. The super super super sweet black lady at the windows is always smiling and friendly. I wished I got her name. She always has pretty nails. Anyway I would have given 5 stars but quite a few times have gotten Luke warm fries and not fresh.

I eat here at least two or three times a week or I did until my last two visits, as always they service was great but the food was not. That's the second time I have ordered the $5 meal with a junior bacon cheeseburger and the meat was dry the fries were cold but the chicken nuggets were freshly cooked. I was too exhausted from working a very long shift. We'll just not in the mood to deal with anyone I just didn't go back.

Great deal for the money but the service is awful about 75 Percent of the time. Either they give you someone else's food or give you the wrong item/s. The last time we went we ordered combo's and they gave us baked potatoes instead of fries, go back up there after getting home because I forgot to check the bag and the lady was rude and said that they didn't have any fries and that's why they gave baked potatoes, but she should've said that when we ordered the food. They serve breakfast until 10:30 through the week and 11 on the weekends but they're usually out of Biscuits by 9 or 9:30. Ordered honey butter chicken biscuit combos a few days ago and get home to eat them and I kid you not, there is no chicken on either one, called up there and the lady says that they are out of chicken, why didn't they mention this? This place is insane!!

Well at first the lady was kinda rude for no reason but then she made it better when we got to the window to get our food. Been going to this Wendy's for a long time and never really have any issues out of it. Foods normally hot and comes out pretty fast.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving right past this Wendy’s. This Wendy’s is a stain on the already horrible fast food industry. If you like waiting for ridiculous amount of time, only to be lied to about your food being prepared, for it to all come out at different temperatures then this is your Wendys. If you want your burgers severely undercooked with red cold meat in the middle then this is your Wendy’s. If you want horrible customer service and wrong orders then this is your Wendys. But if you want, although it’s fast food, a decent fast food burger and french fries then I suggest you avoid the location on Farrs Bridge Road at all costs! To bad the one in Cherrydale closed. This location is absolute garbage!

Worst experience tonight at the Berea location. Took forever to get our food and so many people waiting. Employees looked like deer in headlights! Got home and half the food was wrong. Wendy's has gone downhill! Stay away.

Google keeps changing the hours the store is open. This store doesn't stay open as late as it says. They are out the door at 12am.

We went through the drive thru today and our cashier name was Jessica. She was rude at the ordering speaker and continued to be rude at the window. She huffed and puffed like the big bad wolf everytime I asked a question about my order. Then when I got to the window she refused to take two different forms of payment for my order. Afterwards, she kept throwing my food to me out of the window when she clearly seen that I was still trying to put my food I had in my hands down in the car. I got home and realized I paid $12 for 3 cheese and bacon deformed baked potatoes with hardly no cheese and burnt bacon; they were handIed so roughly they had holes in the potatoes formed in the shape of fingers and the potatoes were torn. I wanted to ask for the manager at the window until I realized, she was the mgr. I understand everyone has a bad day bit no one should pay to be treated the way I was treated today. I was never rude to her and I really did try to make things simple but she clearly does not want to work there. I will not be going back to this location again. It was my first and last. Fyi, I have pictures of my food in case I need to prove how ugly and nasty the food actually looked.
