Excellent burgers super fast service, prepared the way you asked for it. First time ever visiting Cookout and I would definitely return. Lots of menu options it was hard to decide on what to get. Very tasty

I ordered a big double hamburger with corn dog and cheese curds I get my burger and look in it the meat was tore into 2 pieces the meat didn’t even cover the bread I put them together to verify that it was torn and it fit together perfect and covered the bread I also have pictures .When I asked the worker he said that is how big the meat is I said dude I know what it a patty looks like he just stared at me

Food is good but they forgot the rest of my onion rings. Usually around five but only 3. I should have ordered the junior tray and bought a side of onion rings. Lol next time.

Solid experience every time I go here. Except this one time where it was another customer, not the employees. They have gone up $1.25 on cook out trays in recent months, but inflation is a thing, so, you know. Overall, the food is good here and the environment is unique so that's cool. probably my favorite fast food place around.

if there was an option for no stars i would do it. how come i ask for a big double burger with cheese and they give me my burger no cheese and what looks to be two squashed slider pattys. like dang. cmon now.

Good Cajun fries and large double burger was not all that big, not even a little. What was a little, was the two patties. It was just ok. And their sweet tea has so much sugar, one gulp has enough sweetness for one normal glass of ice tea. 😖

I have been to this Cook Out a few times and sometimes it's goes well and other times, eh, not so much. There are nights when my order is correct and others things are missing. On my last visit, I had issues with the cashier taking my order. I was rudely asked to slow down and repeat my order multiple times, but when I did, I was talked over and rushed. Then when I got to the window, he was tried cashing me out for 1 tray when I gotten 3. He had placed all my trays as separate tickets. 🤦‍♀️ Luckily, my order was not missing anything after that fiasco, but my goodness. If the cashier would slow down and listen versus dancing all of their kitchen, things might go a little smoother.

I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, slaw and chicken quesadilla. The food was fantastically delicious and the price, well see for yourself.. I'd recommend this to everyone!!
