While everyone here is very nice and friendly this location is one of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. Today for example, went pulled in a spot, no signs anywhere saying the dining area was closed, got to the door and it's locked. Waited to get in the drive thru got to the drive thru and turns out half of the menu isn't being served. Again no signs saying any of this. I got an iced black coffee for my husband and when the girl handed it to me I thought she was giving me a sweet tea. I don't drink a lot of coffee but even I knew it would be weak. Turned out to be super watery. My husband has come by multiple times around 615-630 when they first open only to be told they didn't have bagels made at that time. Y'all open at 6 and don't have bagels made first thing? That's what people come here for breakfast and coffee.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin in the world! I love Dunkin’ and I’m forced to go to Starbucks because every single time I try to come here, I’m met with the worst service. My drink is always bad and the staff is incredibly rude. The Dunkin where I used to live was so good and the staff was always so nice. I went today and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before they said they were closing at 5. There was no sign on the door or the drive through which is the courteous thing to do. It was already a horrible day, and I started bawling. Super disappointed and I would tell everyone to stay away from here. This location really isn’t needed, and apparently it’s a common consensus amongst the people that reside in this area. I have been in the hospitality industry, and did it for 5 years, so I know it’s difficult, but I would never treat someone the way this Dunkin has treated me, and countless other individuals.

Customer service is horrible!!! Came two days straight and received poor service!!! They were out of everything the day before and yet one young lady was eating donuts while another was walking out with donuts. (Both were employees) This morning went back to purchase donuts. Purchased four donuts and never received a smile or friendly customer service after trying to engage in friendly conversation. This is one of the worst Dunkin’s i have ever been to. The drive thru service is absolutely terrible. When you get in line be prepared to sit there for at least 20-30 minutes when there is only 4 or 5 cars.

Got 2 ice coffees and egg bites and mini bagal bites. Eggs was cold like just pulled from cooler and bagal bites was frozen on the inside. The coffees was very nasty . I go to the one off palham rd and they are great .. NOT THIS ONE ON WADE HAMPTON

Slowest moving drive through on every occasion. The last 4 or 5 times ive gone, there have been 4 or 5 cars in front of me but the line takes 15 to 20 minutes. Terrible management.

Quick and friendly service at the drive through. I just got a coffee but it was well made and the girl working the window was very nice

I dont understand liking Starbucks. If someone brought it to my home I wouldn't drink it. Especially when Dunkin Donuts is here! The best coffee hands down. Who can resist a Boston cream donut. Iced chocolate on one side, but the middle is Boston Cream it oozes out as you eat it. It's like vanilla pudding on steroids. It was voted the most popular donut a few years back.
