Wrong for the third time in a row. A lot of people have food allergies and even though this was listed as a place that was safe for that it’s obviously untrue. I have to spend more money on delivery fees re-ordering food because it is consistently incorrect. If someone orders online and they don’t specify that they want cheese or beans or something, don’t put it on there. Or maybe put it on the side. I’ve worked on both ends of the delivery apps at multiple different restaurants, it’s doable.

This place was Incredibly Horrible and Unprofessional. Totally embarrassing to the Chipotle name and brand. There was a very untrained and ignorant manager running the shift who's name was ED. ED SHOULDNT be managing a dog food stand because his management skills are horrible. If you ever see ED managing, do yourself a favor and leave. When I asked to speak with the manager they had to go outside lollygagging. When he finally came in from outside doing nothing, ai explained to him that there was literally no food on the line. No Rice. No Steak. Which u can't have a burrito or a bowl without rice. All of the food that was on the board you can clearly see was old and had been on the board a really long time. (pics attached below) When ED, the horrible manager, finally came he never once apologized or had any empathy. He only made excuses that they were closing early, which had no point in food looking so old that I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The crew had no sense of urgency, and I guess I can't be surprised with an Idiot like ED leading the team. Upper management, PLEASE FIRE ED. HE MAKES THE STORE AND CHIPOTLE BRAND LOOK HORRIBLE.

I have been in several times now in the middle of lunch rush and though the line can be out the door and lobby packed with customers, the staff is always pleasant and efficient! They communicate clearly and well throughout the kitchen, get orders out in a timely fashion and truly do their best to satisfy their customers. Even in the midst of rude, impatient and entitled customers, I've seen the employees smile, explain, suggest, and do all they can to try to make folks happy, all while dealing with delivery issues, food shortages, technical problems, etc. Of course no place is perfect, but this team definitely strives to please and it's so nice to be able to see their smiles again!!!

30 minute wait for an online order, Several other people we’re also waiting. The restaurant is very short staffed but that is no excuse for bad attitudes and lack of customer service. At least offer people a free drink or chips voucher if they have an extended wait. Gone are the days of a smile and great service.

I ordered takeout and it was 15 minutes past the estimated wait time but the person who was serving the dining room was standing there doing nothing while the takeout team was super behind and the whole dining room was filling with people waiting for takeout orders. It's just inefficiently run and there's no reason the team shouldn't be able to help each other. I mentioned this to the manager because it's an inefficient system and I think he assumed I was complaining about my own order only and got offended which didn't help. It's a recommendation so that both the employees and the people waiting are less stressed and served timely.

Writing to express my unhappy surprise about the condition of the restaurant at lunch today. All ordering is through mobile app, but the dining room area is available for eating. The tables, booths, and floors were dirty. The dining area was dark, and it felt as though no one is cleaning that area. It gave us a very bad feeling while eating there. 2 stars because the food was ok, but if this atmosphere and lack of cleanliness continues, we will not return.

Terrible, I ordered a steak bowl online, get there pick it up go to back to work for lunch, opens bowl no steak at all. Has to ask boss to go back takes 10 minutes and extra GAS ⛽️ which we all know is not cheap rn, young kid at the register is condescending and honestly for the trouble no entitlement here I felt they'd be considerate of their mistake and maybe offer some compensation for the trouble. But none was given, they don't care so much about there customers anymore it seems. Unfortunate, was my favorite location 😕

I won’t be coming back for a while. My last two orders have been “meh” at best, and the prices are getting too high for what you get. Just today I thought they messed up my order and sent me a vegetarian burrito, there was virtually no meat in mine. When I finally got to the meat it was bland and kinda fatty. I’ve been eating at Chipotle for a long time, and I don’t know if it’s all Chipotles or just this location, but it’s time to take a break…

Terrible service by the person starting the orders! After I asked for the salad dressing, he did not include it in my order, and when I caught the error, I went back and asked for my dressing. Instead of simply apologizing and handing me the dressing (as any decent employee should do when it is their error), he slid the dressing down the line, didn’t say a word, and there were pieces of lettuce stuck to the top of the dressing. Very rude and terrible service. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. The survey on the receipt is a joke...it doesn’t ask for details on problems, or for contact information for unhappy customers. I am not normally one to really ever complain publicly, but I am very disappointed in this experience.

I love Chipotle's food, but I will never visit this location again. Today I took my 5 year-old son in mid-afternoon for a late lunch. There were very few customers, and only one other in line. The staff member made our food and then had to yell "cash" twice to get someone to come ring us up. We sat at the bar table directly across from the register. Partway into our meal, my son accidentally leaned on his plate and sent most of his food, including both tortillas, onto the floor. No one came over. No one offered to help. I got a pile of napkins and cleaned up the mess MYSELF with the staff members just watching and not even OFFERING help, not even a broom. I knelt on the floor in my dress and attempted to scrape up rice and beans and chicken with napkins. No one offered to replace my son's tortillas (it's not like he knocked them over on purpose), and he ended up just eating part of my food and then we went elsewhere. I feel the need to mention that it was not even remotely busy. We were one of maybe three tables with no one else in line. -Cross-posted on visitor posts

Normally I have a great experience at this chipotle location but not today. Our burrito bowls were under filled, they were out of unsweetened tea and I just got home with stale chips. Not a happy customer today.

Ordered my food online at 5 to be ready at 6:30. You'd think that an hour and a half would be sufficient. I got there 10 minutes late and they hadn't even started it. My food was ready at 6:45, which would be fine except there was no apology, no explanation, no acknowledgement of my wait. You'd think that a company struggling for good news, they would at least try to keep their regulars.

Food is always good here but the fact that they charge 3.25 for chips and guac, you would think they could fill the bag of chips at least halfway, tonight grabbed dinner from this location and the bag of chips was so light. It seems like it depends on the location, because the Woodruff road location give us a decent amount last visit. I will post a picture in the comments.

I went in to eat lunch about a week ago, I asked if they offered a military discount and the young lady who was working there told me no, instead she gave me a free meal and the manager shook my hand. Made me feel great. Needless to say, the food was amazing as well

We visited at 4:15 July 19. There were several employees eating either before or after their shift. This is not a big deal except that there were no grilled onions prepared and no unsweet tea made. There was clearly work to be done. I got up to use the ladies room and 2 employees were in there "hugging". It is a one person bathroom so needless to say we were all surprised. I was going to ask to speak to a manager, but since we were the only customers I just wanted to get out of there quickly. If I owned this franchise I would want to know that it is not run very professionally.

What a bunch of burros, wish I could go behind the counter and show them how to properly make tacos. Service was great, cashier was super friendly. Two employees hit me up for my number, said they loved guys from Georgia; one offered a hotel room for me to wait in. Gotta love it here.
