Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

This place sucks. I love a chicken biscuit, but Bojangles needs to seriously consider the "Staff" they hire. Was charged extra for tomato and mayo, and when i got it, it was a half a slice of tomato and a lil dash of mayo that left the sandwich completely dry. How can fast food employees expect anymore hourly pay, when they can't even get something as simple as making a sandwich right.. DO BETTER BOJANGLES. YOU LOST A LOT OF BUSINESS!!!!

Went through the drive thru this morning at 8:30am. The person working the drive thru must really hate their job. She barely spoke and when she did it wasn't very friendly. Then when we got to the window the lady didn't speak at all to us. Just took our card and then gave us our food without saying a word. The food tasted awful, it was old and tasted like bad/overused grease. I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with bo rounds and took one bite of each and trashed it. They were also out of orange juice. This is not the only time we've had this experience at this location but it's definitely our last, we won't be going back.

Took a trip to South Carolina for my birthday just to get away from the mess that is Miami and to have a good PEACEFUL weekend. We stumbled into this location looking for a quick bite, we were greeted by a wonderful attendant named Nadia. It was such a pleasant surprise to meet someone who was such a sweetheart and attentive woman and the manager was such an AWESOME boss and so caring to her employees. Truly an example. Shoot, I wouldn't mind working with them

A friend and I went here to eat lunch today. We went through the drive through and when we handed her our card to pay the lady at the window did not swipe the card she made an imprint of the card of a piece of paper. When my friend, who was driving, told her she did not swipe her card the employee said "oops, it didn't go through." when we both just watched her not swipe it at all. There are a lot of scams out there where people will copy or take an imprint of someone's card in drive throughs and make purchases with that person's card later. That is the only thing I can think of that she was doing. My friend did not want to have a confrontation in the drive through and decided to call once we got back to the office. She spoke with several "managers" all telling us that they have no way of making an imprint of a card. obviously lacking common knowledge that you don't need a machine to do it. Eventually one of the managers stated that they would get the store manager to give her a call back. Be careful when eating here and watch them when they take your payment. I cannot believe there are people like this in the world.

Whoever you have in the drive thru window today may the 4th at 10:45 a.m needs to not work in the drive thru. She has a serious attitude problem!!!! For one she asks us for our order then goes to cut us off and say hold on. Smh which is it, are you ready or not. Her attitude continued when we asked if breakfast bisucuits were still being served and we asked for a cheddar buscuit when then she gets loud saying we dont have those biscuits. We left of course!!!! Be more cautious of the ppl you hire and place in your drive thru window. She needs to be in the back away from ppl or she needs to find her a new job, one she enjoys!!!

Wish we had these up North! Tried this place over the summer 2009. Counter staff was very helpful in helping out a Yankee, not familiar with the offerings. Breakfast was the best fast food breakfast I've had in years. LIKES: Fried Chicken, Egg & Chicken Biscuit, Bo-Tatos. DISLIKES: No Bojangles where I live.

I went through the drive thru last month and ordered food. I was told to pull up and wait. I pulled up and waited about 5 minutes when the manager came out and told me that my order could not be completed quickly because thy had to cook more food. I told her to give me what was completed and that was fine.The manager reappeared with some of my food and ALL of my money back. I was very satisfied and thought thier customer service was excellent.
