Waffle House

Worst service & dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Only one customer was in the building so there was time and opportunity to clean. All spice and condiment bottles and menus were sticky. EVERY BOOTH TABLE AND COUNTER SURFACE WAS VISIBLY DIRTY! I HAD TO ASK THE SERVER TO WIPE THE COUNTER- SHE WAS ABOUT TO PLACE OUR SILVERWARE ON SAID COUNTER BEFORE I STOPPED HER AND ASKED HER COULD THE AREA BE CLEANED OFF FIRST....SMH....the Cook burned our food because he was on the phone the whole time we were in the restaurant....and we didn't get all of our food at once.....WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A WAFFLE HOUSE

This was a rather disappointing visit to this location. First there were only two people working inside and they had most seats roped off. That was disconcerting. We asked the guy behind the counter if they were open and he just shrugged his shoulders. Not reassuring. Service was quite poor, the food as always was excellent. We both had breakfast. Would not go back to this location.

I should give them a 1 star but it’s my birthday and I’m feeling nice. I called this Waffle House and they were very rude to me. When I got there they had my order ready and set to the side but I still had to wait 20 minutes and when they gave it to me they admitted that they forgot we were there. Also they gave us no silverware, no butter, and no syrup. Overall a very bad experience. Especially since this is my favorite place to eat and I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. They definitely ruined my day.
