Sbh Bbq

This was my first visit and it won't be the last. I went on a Thursday afternoon when I knew it wouldn't be terribly busy. From the moment I walked in until I walked out, I was treated like a guest to someone's backyard BBQ and I hope that's not insulting. The staff was fantastic and treated everyone like they're family. I ordered the brisket sandwich and a side of beans. The brisket was cut thick and was tender and flavorful. Just fantastic all around. I'm a picky eater and the brisket didn't disappoint. It's now my favorite BBQ in the area. There were different sauces to choose from and I selected the house sauce which was great. Next time I think I'll try the sweet and see how that is. The beans had great flavor as well and complimented the meat. I treated myself to a bowl of brisket chili to take home which I ate that night. It had a little kick to it and was perfect for a cool evening. I'm going to be a regular now and if you're debating on going, you should treat yourself and go!

On the recommendation of a friend and months of driving by. I finally made it by S.B.H. BBQ for take out tonight. I ordered the Judges plate with a side of mac n cheese and sweet BBQ sauce. It. Was. Fantastic! Brisket had a nice smoke ring around it. It was fall apart tender and melted in your mouth. Ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The spicy sausage was excellent. Pork was mouth watering and full of delicious smoke flavor. All was complimented by the sweet BBQ sauce and max n cheese. I can't wait to come back and dine in. And you should get there ASAP if you have not been yet.

I came to Greenville for 2 weeks for work and we went to SBH 7 TIMES YALL. The owner (I think he was the owner) even recognized us and asked if we were making it an every day thing 😂 I live in rural Virginia and when I tell you BBQ is a staple it is and I’ve been to a lot of different places. I have NEVER had ribs, brisket, and bbq better than SBH. The ribs are so good we made at least 4-5 other people go with us during our stay to try them. The brisket is moist and literally melts in your mouth. They give you house sauce to use with it but I tried it. It’s amaZing but I didn’t even use it. The meat itself is all you need. I even brought some all the way back to VA just for my fiancé to try. It’s almost actually it IS worth the 3 hours drive JUST TO GET SOME. 😂 They are fast, friendly, the location is beautiful, they have outdoor seating, a bar, and the store is full of so many much deserved awards. I can’t WAIT to go back. Do yourself a favor and get in your car right now and head that way!

Good smoked BBQ. Had the ribs and brisket. Really great customer service too. Fast service. One request: currently, you only get one small BBQ sauce container with your meal. Have to pay for the extras. You should at least offer two. Especially with the larger plates like I ordered. I doubt you'll miss that nickel of profit. Everything else is worthy of 5 stars. I'll be back.
