Extremely SLOW! Ordered a simple kids meal and it was supposed to be ready at 12:45pm. It wasn't ready until after 1pm. They were not crowded. So I'm not sure what the issue was or what management's problem is. I will not be back to this location.

Not as good as it used to be. But better than current expectations. Quality of product and employees has dropped drastically in past 5 years. I would make it a point to get Firehouse up to 3 times a week yrs ago. Now I only get it when someone else wants it.

I was really disappointed with the chilli mainly the size and the fact that I paid for cheese and extra cheese and didn't get any, they don't even give you crackers and the price for the size of the sub and the chilli is to high

Service was fast. Place was clean. People were friendly and smiley. The food was probably the best sub that I have ever tasted. Seriously...the bread has perfect texture and temperature. All the ingredients tasted fresh. I loved it

Very disappointed in Firehouse! Staff slow and slow to follow order. Ordered foot long which was dry and had a lot more bread then meat!! Will not visit firehouse again! Jersey Mike's Is so much better with a lot of meat etc. and staff is intelligent!
