Poor customer service 1 had baby behind the register need better people to work there the portions are very small for the 60 bucks I spent. Called to let the store know and come back with I made it right nothing I can do have a good day. I always spend no less then 60 each time I come I will not be back. Picture on right is o. If I could give no stars, I would, but I can’t. I came here on January 23rd 2022 with my family. We ordered at 6:24pm - we were waiting patiently, however when it got to 7pm & everyone else in our family had our food & we did not, I was upset. I went to the cashier to ask her where our food was. She gave me a response of “I don’t know” in an extremely rude way & rolled her eyes. I asked for the manager. He proceeds to tell me an online order came in with 10 orders of sushi & that it would be a while before we got our’s. Meanwhile, the rest of the people we were with were already eating their food. By this time, I’m heated. How in the world are we going to order right after the people we were with & still not have our food because an online order came in & they became priority? We ended up getting our money back & left. I can assure you we will not be back & I recommend anyone who goes here to make sure they place an online order seeing how those take priority over the people eating in the restaurant or just don’t go here at all.

We are from Myrtle Beach and are down visiting family. We decided to have Japanese hibachi so we looked online and found this place. I’m soo glad we did because it was very good! There is a lady named Crystal that works here and she definitely went out of her way for us! Portion size is very small. Food was hot and made fresh. Table tops were sticky and place smells like burnt oil. Overall it is just OK.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, they literally give you 2 little scoops of rice, veggies came out all greasy .. as well as steak, the white sauce is literally like water.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE .. go to joy of Tokyo on plesentburg dr or plham they are so much better!

I spent $8.99 on the salmon hibachi fried rice. I didn't regret it one bit. Totally amazing food and totally worth every penny. A definitely must try. Ask for spicy rice if you prefer spicy food.
