So so so good! Maria was in the back cooking and Liz was working the front. This was my first time catching them while they’re open and Liz was very helpful. They had the wicked weed hop cocoa on draft and she let me sample it before I got it.
The spicy shrimp tacos were out of this world. Fresh tortillas, fresh shrimp and fresh beer. My new favorite lunch spot.

If you like hidden, local, dinner food, this is the place for you. Tucked in the very back of Drop-in party store, you can't beat the grub Maria is turning out. Tamales to burgers, desserts and even beer on tap. I love just showing off that I know about this secret kitchen.
Great menu (always changing) ask for a reccomendation, if you cant decide.
Have a beer with your meal! Seating is limited but it is great "to-go" as well.
Eating at Maria's is a quick time-lapse to your abuelas kitchen, with some extra hints of character and charm. The food is perfection. The Carnitas Tacos, best in Greenville. The Cuban Sandwich, one of the best in the Eastern U.S. It's probably good the hours are so limited, otherwise there would be lines down the street. Don't miss this spot.

We LOVE Maria's kitchen. The food is made fresh, consistently delicious, always new menu items to try, latin food elevated! The atmosphere to eat-in is a convenience store so don't expect anything more. We always take our food to go. We have NEVER been disappointed by anything we have tried. Excellent 1000 STARS!!!
This is is a hidden Greenville gem! If you have not eaten here, you are truly missing out! I suggest ordering ahead and picking up an order to go. I have not had a bad experience yet, and I am all about supporting local businesses! There are a lot of choices in Greenville for a takeout menu, but not all of them are this fresh and truly homemade. Try it at least once, you will not be disappointed!
